Mrs. America (2020)
An absolute must watch if you are a woman
Excellent acting and an educational series about the historic efforts that were made to ensure that women in the US had equal rights (well at least the start of it the moment for women and the then so called minorities).
For those who might question if in fact what has been taught to them and passed on from generation to generation even by women in conservative or religious establishments - are in fact true, this may be an eye-opener! Watched the whole series and episodes back to back and I would highly recommend any woman of any age to watch it.
Because only the young - can run, so run!!!!!
Harry & Meghan: Episode #1.6 (2022)
Their love story and most importantly their version
The reviews on here does not do it justice. This was genuine and well worth a watch!
3 first episodes are about how they met and fell in love. Last 3 episodes are about their battles and their version of events.
Its also told from some of their friends and family members point of view and overall a peak into their lives, struggles and the turmoil they went through with a positive note on the future. Both of them have lost family in one way or another during the process.
I liked that it didnt throw shade in others and they held their own narrative. It also shows how the british media, still to this day, are ruthless and its evident that laws need to be put in place in the U. K, Canada and in the US on how paparazzi can move about especially when invading private property.
I think its well done and det it felt very genuine.
Harry & Meghan (2022)
There are a lot of Trolls in this comment section. If you're interested in watching this it was actually really good!
Had no idea what this was going to be but dreaded it could be just throwing shade on other family members. It was more focused on their love story, how it all started and what followed.
It is a good insight to the part the royal family play in a way as actors and as part of who really runs the british monarchy "this firm" that I suspect are of traditional conservative values and probably old religious forces in the background.
Noone in this day and age wants to see that kind of monarchy. Noone agrees with that Margaret, Edward and possibly Charles could not choose their own spouses or that the modern version of saying no today as in Meghans case is to try to push out or break down that person. Hopefully Charles does change the narrative by cleaning house! As for William.. thats just sad that he would fall into the side of those voices and not use his power to refuse to repeat those mistakes done by Queen Elizabeth.
Im hopeful as a Swede that our Monarchy do not have this foundation and that family members are accepted and welcomed and naturally get to choose who they want to marry!
Thank you Netflix and M&H for a very beautiful,
if at times tragic, documentary about your love story and struggles as a couple. You did indeed tell your story and this time it was with class!
