When the doctor changes Thomas' opened wound, she doesn't wear gloves, and then doesn't even wash her hands afterwards 😫 How hard would it have been to work that in?

I watch these because I enjoy the scenery and mystery, but give me reality.

I have been a real American fan of this series up until this season. This episode really takes the prize for ill conceived and implausible storyline. So sorry to see such good acting go down to poor script.
