Drive Hard: The Maloof Way (2022)
Not for real gearheads that have actually worked on cars and engines
Wayyy too scripted to the point of not making sense most of the time. If you want to see REAL cars drag racing and many of them driven by women, wacth some NHRA drag racing. This is how these people make their money. And if you're impressed by female drivers, watch for Brittany Force (quickest drag racer alive) over 335 miles per hr in less than 4 seconds OR if you like the cars to look more like street cars and have doors that open and close, watch for Erica Enders who has won the NHRA Pro Stock world championship 5 times. Even motorcycle fans can have their female fix. Watch for Karen Stoffer, Angelle Sampey and Angie Smith. THis is their real lives, no scripts, no BS, just real cars and real racing.
I notice they never show the reaction time off the drag race tree which is where a lot of races are won and lost.
The Henry Ford Innovation Nation with Mo Rocca (2014)
Great information show BUT
Love this show and its informative subjects BUT PLEASE have him stop that incessant rhyming!
The topics are great for young and old and really explains the new inventions. The mid show quizzes are fun and are great trivia. The show itself covers a wide range of topics and because the coverage is short but quite thorough, you still get enough information to explain the item in a simple easy to understand format.
As Mo walks through the museum it really piques your interest as to what all there is to see there. I would definitely love to see this whole museum which seems to cover a very large range of topics.
Worst Cooks in America (2010)
It's losing my interest
I used to love this show. There was people on that looked genuinely interested in learning how to cook. Yeah there seems to be less of those. It's more about prop comedy and people like drag queens they just want to be on TV and have no real interest in cooking.
