I love the animation format and really wanted this to be black mirror but better. Unfortunately that's not the case, only a few episodes took advantage of the medium, and I think there was a lot more that could have been done with the animation style.

The stories are generally fine, one or two were interesting but mostly they're covering well-treaded ground. It's still worth watching and I enjoyed it, but I feel like there's a lot of lost potential.

It feels more like watching an episode in a TV show than a movie.

It's fine, but doesn't do anything original or exciting. I wanted to see more interesting multiverses explored or fun concepts or anything new.

This is a slow paced movie. If that's not your thing, you will probably not enjoy watching it. However, if you're ok with the slow pace, the payoff is well worth it.

This is a feel-good look at family in the 21st century. It's about love, finding common ground, and family.

It also is has evil fighting robots - something for everyone.

The characters are incredibly charming, the animation is beautiful, and the story is touching. A great film for everyone to enjoy.

This is not a happy movie - but it is an interesting one. It takes an incredibly wild premise and runs with it. The result is a surreal exploration of flawed people.

There are no particularly likable characters in this movie, but each character is fully fleshed out and it is incredible to each them change over the course of the movie.

The vignette format allows multiple stores to be told, and am emotional arc in each one. Although shorter than a full movie, no emotional arc seems rushed and they come together to form a rollercoaster of a movie.

The pace is generally quite fast, flipping in and out of stories, but this allows lots of ground to be covered.

The cast is full of stars and the visual style is incredible, as per a typical Wes Anderson movie.

I teared up three times watching this movie, and rarely cry.

Slow paced but never boring this movie explores the lives of orphans who each have their own scars. Small detail bring each character to life, telling a touching story about multiple characters without spending too much time on all the backstories. Every character feels like a real person and has emotional growth in the movie.

The animation is unique, but it wasn't jarring and is easy to get used to. It is a significant asset to the storytelling and creates a beautiful film.

Every character has personality and the setting feels very real. The story arc is incredibly satisfying and definitely worth the watch.

Stunning action sequences that are much more interesting than the typical action flick are the first that sticks out, but there's more to this movie than that. Each character sees the world in a very different, often conflicting, way. This sets up emotional drama and invited the viewer to actively consider their worldview. There are also some amazing creative decisions that tie this movie together and make it a unique and incredibly enjoyable experience.
