When I heard that Mr. Monk is invastigating again I was at first very excited but then on second thought rather worried that the characters might be too old for a Monk worthy entertainment. I also didn't like the title very much. Unfortunately my fears about the course of the movie came true. Don't get me wrong, Tony Shalhoub hit the ball out of the ballpark, he is Mr. Monk but the rest of the crew left me rather disappointed. The story was weak and predictable and i fell asleep after half of the movie but watched the other half later just to find myself dissapointed again. Why did they make this movie? I give 3 stars because of Tony and the Covid Jokes but overall i would advise every Monk fan to avoid this movie and remember the good old Monk times.

The amount of small details in this Tarantino Masterpiece is sheer incredible. To redesign the Sunset Strip to give it a 1960 look left me sit with my mouth wide open wondering how did they do it? The Storyline was awesome, surprisingly unique and the acting was spot on. Pitt and diCaprio have once again shown what perfectionism in a movie means. Robbie, Hirsch, Fanning, Olyphant, the late Perry and Pacino rounded off this masterpiece of film history with dignity. Bravo Mister Tarantino, bravo! 161 Minutes of pure excitment. This is definately a 9 Star rated movie for me and for sure one of my favorite Tarantino movies. I highly recommend this movie to everybody.

I started watching the movie because the plot seemed to be interesting but then after 15 min. I started to skip forward and kept skipping forward till the end. I can't believe someone read the script and thought it was a good idea to make a movie out of it. The storyline was so predictable and boring that it hurt my brain. The acting was horrible and the movie is a complete waste of resources. The casting department must have had casted the wrong people for that movie on purpose but on the other hand, even Hollywood Stars could not have made this script a 3 Star rated movie in my opinion. I give 2 Stars because i've seen worse movies lately but i don't recommend watching this to anybody. Better watch a good movie a second time or read a book if you watched every movie ever made already.
