I cant remember where i originally saw this but it left an impression on me i loved this and would love to source a copy on DVD if it is available.

Cinaa Cinematography is amazing and captures the atmosphere of the era.

This has always stayed with me , a superficially mundane story told with the authenticity that Australian film makers seem to be able to capture , I'm not sure if it is the photograph or the acting or a combination of both. I would love to get a copy of this.

Typical of this era , this incredible story of an old mariner wanting one last chance to own a boat and get back out on the water , in his quest he meets a young Aboriginal man teaching him about the sea.

This was a great series , Bill Hunter played an old school forest ranger breaking in the new younger assistant.
