Jimmy Kimmel & Ben Affleck: I'm Fucking Ben Affleck (2008)
Fricking Hilarious
I absolutely loved this because it was so funny to see a lot of the people that I love and respect and make a we are the world rip off. So good! But not that, it was a comeback for what Matt Damon did to Jimmy Kimmel which was pretty good. Huey Lewis, Cameron Diaz, and the cute guy on the piano had me enjoying it from start to finish. But seeing Harrison Ford show up made it even wackier and just making it so gay makes the mood feel so great. But you can't deny that the bleeping in this is so constant with the f-bomb that it makes me want to hear the uncensored version of this and listen to it on Spotify. But anyway I give this a 10/10.
Black Adam (2022)
Junk Food
I was really disappointed with Black Adam. This looked absolutely amazing and promising to change what the DCEU the proper way. But once again, another DCEU fails with critics and bombs at the box office. Seeing Dwayne Johnson taking down everyone without any warning or hesitation was amazing. But the story was not that great and so was the ending and twist of the story. Seeing that it was Black Adam's son that was chosen and his powers going to his father Black Adam was so spoiled in the marketing. The justice society of America was great and so was Black Adam. But the story's kid is so annoying and unlikeable and even a copycat of a character from Shazam. Not original. But seeing Henry Cavill was absolutely amazing and incredible! But now that he's gone, it takes the excitement out of me. This is a taco supreme film that has issues but at the end of the day is very entertaining to watch.
Amsterdam (2022)
Good movie, but could have been better
You would think that this David O. Russell film would be an Oscar worthy film. This film did not live up to its expectations but at the same time I enjoyed it. I think this movie was a major misfire towards what it had going. But the scene with Taylor Swift getting run over by a car on camera was very weird. Big this is a movie I would still watch for entertainment. I was a little mixed about Rami Malek being revealed to be the villain but now after watching it a second time, I appreciate a little more. I really would have loved to see Timothy Olyphant a little more in this movie. But anyway the characters in the story are both entertaining and having great actors and actresses playing these characters made it even better. But anyway I hope that David O. Russell will do better in the future.
