I wanted to wait a while before I saw it and also because I wanted to see it in my own home, not in a theater with a bunch of screaming 18 year olds.

I have to say I didn't really understand the attraction of Edward, until you really looked into his eyes and at the expressions he had on his face when he had to actually be with and smell Bella. It must be really hard to have to actually smell something you really want to eat, but can't because you love it soooo much.

After this movie was over, I have to admit I wanted to see the next installment (New Moon). Which of course I immediately went to BB to rent it.

I really would of liked to see Bella's father get a more active role in his daughter life. I mean I know, he felt that if he pushed her to hard, she would just leave like her mother did.

But sometimes, you just have to be hard on children, I mean she was in high school, which meant she wasn't 18 yet, so he did have total control over her. Like the scene when she wanted to leave Forks. The father didn't fight hard enough for her. I didn't feel she was fair to him at all, but then again she had to be mean to him, that was the only way he was going to survive.

I don't know, I still have a lot of questions I would like to ask, but hey, I'm sure they will be answered in the next two movies.

I would like to purchase the book about this film, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Can someone out there tell me what the books original title was.

I also searched under Betty Anne Waters, the writer of this story and found nothing.

I would very much like to read the book before I see the movie.

This looks to be like an amazing story.

I will check back in a couple of days to see if anyone responds.

I try to read the books before the movie actually comes out because I get a true sense of the movie before it comes out.

I watch it every morning before work. I love this show and I hope they bring it make next season.

That's the problem with today's Hollywood, they cancel the really good shows and keep the crap.

Who wants to see another Anime from Japan? I don't.

This is a cute and non-threatening cartoon. No one is getting blown up or killed in this story.

It's just about a girl and her family trying to make it in San Francisco.

Okay, she is a little over-hyped to get her badges and nothing will stop her from getting to her goal.

I didn't get this movie. Jean Claude was a wimp up to the very end.

And this movie was exactly like another movie I saw years ago, called No Escape, back in 1994. Overload watching the fighting going on and on and inmates trying to get the lead actor to escape and tell the world about this place to get it shut down.

Does this make any sense? Does anyone remember this story. I sure do.

Anyway, finally at end - he finally wakes up and starts to fight and tries to get the hell out of dodge.

What happens, is typical. Anyway, I watched the entire movie to see if it would do any better. Ehhhhhh. Okay.

I thought to myself - oh no. Sly - your over 60 - you will surely die in the ring and look a little silly at the same time.

Surprising enough, this movie was great. Great lead up to the fight and everything about it was entertaining.

Sly looked good, except for the old guy veins that were bulging everywhere.

You don't have to be a Rocky fan to watch this movie. This movie stands alone by itself.

Good beginning, middle and the end is fantastic and worth the wait.

Funny dialogue, funny scenes back and forth.

Good flash backs.

One thing through, I didn't catch what happened to Adrian. Did anyone else?

Fantastic. I thought Helen Miram playing the Queen was truly believable. I totally bought her performance. Mr. Cromwell as Prince Philip was another outstanding performance. truly on point. The Tony Blair character was another perfect match.

The only performance characters that I thought needed work was the Queen Mother and Prince Charles. The Queen Mother was much smaller in real life and much more older. And Prince Charles character, which was rather good in the acting department, I just couldn't get past his face. The television movie about Diane had a better Charles, who even looked a little like Prince Charles, they should of gotten him to play Charles.

The overall story line I truly believed. The Queen's determination to have a private memorial and "keep it in the family" was all due to her upbringing from her father and the 1000's of Monarchs before her. The scene with the Deer, was truly inspiring and I hope people understood the meaning of that. You see the Queen was grieving for Diana through the Deer and when it was killed by someone else - something in the Queen snapped and she became a "Grandmother" and not just a Queen and decided to share her grief with the world. It was truly fantastic. I watched this movie with my partner and we were both just transfixed on the screen and couldn't move until we really had to take a break - you know to eat, go to the bathroom, get ready for work the next day. I mean - it's a long movie - over 100 minutes. Anyway, after having ourselves a 1/2 hour break to get our next day's life together, we continued the movie (that's the beauty of DVD's) and watch the conclusion.

Brilliant. I have to say, my grandmother was invited and went to Charles and Diana's wedding all those years ago, my grandmother told me that she had never seem a more beautiful wedding in all her life, and she came back with lots of pictures that the public really didn't get to see. Diana was truly something else.

If you have not seen this movie - rent it. You will not be sorry.

This movie was fantastic and at the same time pretty disturbing. Men could be very cruel.

The people of this island did not deserve what happened to them.

We as American's came in and destroyed their homeland.

I would have to see this movie again to fully grasp the heartache of the destruction put upon the people of this paradise island.

I mean, of course, they were not perfect, but still, they did not deserve what happened to them and my hat goes out to Dolph L. Very good in this picture.

You have to see it.

I am on the fence with this movie. A lot of it made sense - the community of family sticking together and defending their home (or gang territory).

What I didn't understand was the complete lack of fear these "kids" had. I mean - the majority of them were teenagers - babies - and they are going around selling drugs, shooting at each other and throwing kids off rooftops. It was totally insane.

Also, in every scene - everyone had their hands in their coat pockets while they were walking down the street - or just leaning against a building. It was like the director told them all the same thing and they did it the same - in every scene.

Also the tight a*(&^ jeans on these kids. I just don't get it. With kids these days - it's either the tightest jeans you could wear so that every bulge you have shows or the complete opposite, where they wear the low rider jeans and they are so dropsy at the waist line, that you see their underwear or their butt crack and the jeans are half way to their knees. Then when they want to run from the cops - their jeans are either to tight or too dropsy that they can't run properly.

I will have to watch this movie again to understand it a little bit more, before I can truly judge it.

I avoided this movie for years - because of the length of the movie and because it was about death row.

Finally sat down to watch it this weekend and I got to tell you - one of the best movies I have seen in a long time.

The characters where great. You really got to know them, love them, or hate them.

I really believed in John Coffeey - like the drink, but spelled different. I loved is character. Very strong, but very innocent and child like at the same time.

I don't know about you - but I like Percy - he was cute and an evil idiot not a evil genius. Not too smart in the planning things department.

Overall - you have to watch this movie. Long - but really worth it.

Buy some snacks and something to drink and sit back and enjoy it - you will not be disappointed.

You know what. Today, I am declaring that I am officially sick of IMDb readers who totally trash movies for stupid reasons such as plot and script problems, and lighting and other stupid things like that.

Whatever happened to just going to the movies and just enjoying the picture.

I mean, come on. Hollywood is finally trying to bring us some good movies to the screen, instead of bringing back old television shows, like they did in the past. i.e. Starsky & Hutch, Bewitched, Inspector Gadget, etc.

This movie AVP R is not suppose to be a movie like "Crash" or "The Ten Commandments" or some other Academy Award Winner movie, it's about pretend monsters from outer space for crying out loud.

It's called "FICTION" people. It's not based on a true story or happened sometime ago in the distant past.

It was made for pure enjoyment period.

So just go see this type of movie with a kind of teenage going to the drive in type of night, with popcorn and the one you love on your arm and enjoy yourself and stop being so "critcal" about the lighting and the plot and the script being this and that, blah, blah, blah. Just enjoy the (&^#%*(%& film.

This movie was fantastic - it was dark, gory and bloody, just what you need at a movie. This movie is not for the person who expects character development or the costumes and such. It's above pure non-stop blood shed and face exploding scenes. The only thing that they could of gotten rid of was the love sick scenes with the teenagers. Blah. Stupid.

Sometimes you people just get on my nerves.

No one just goes to the movies anymore to just watch the damn show and loose themselves in the movie.

Oh no - everyone is a movie critic now. Everyone has to analyze the script or the sound or what Michael should of done with that scene or what he should of done with that scene. Given the chance, none of you would know the first thing to do in a Michael's place.

I thought this movie was a lot of fun. It's called fantasy. This wouldn't happen in real life. This is from the imagination of a couple of writers and from a comic book for crying out loud.

Just go see this movie with a little less Hollywood crap and just see it for what it is. 100 or so minutes of people running around and robots changing into cars and planes and beating the crap out of each other and stuff getting blown up. That's it - period.

Also, Shia LeBouf is truly funny in this movie. He makes this entire movie. It's hard to act like there are changeable robots coming at you. You have to really know how to act, when there is nothing there to react too. Fun.

This movie was just a lot of fun. Nothing real about it. Just a great ride and funny.

Nick cage is awesome in this movie. And funny. I didn't think he could be so funny.

They really did a good job with the special effects on this movie, they were great.

Trust me, if you are looking for a Academy Award Motion Picture with this film, you seeing the wrong film. This film is the type of movie that you wait until it comes out on DVD and rent it or buy it and sit back on the sofa with some popcorn and enjoy the ride. That type of movie.

a number of times. Just happened to come upon again this past weekend and I was really not in the mood for a tear jerker, but I sat back and watched it again.

What a wonderful film. The dedication that went into the training of these animals and the time it must of took.

This film tells a wonderful story of a mutt with love in his heart and the courage to take over a situation that would be very hard for the rest of us to do.

Some of us can't take care of and protect our own children sometimes, imagine getting four more kids added onto your waist belt and then having to protect them from predators that walk on four legs with giant fangs or slide upon the ground in quiet with poison in their mouths. Never mind the two legged predators you would have to deal with. Then there is Mother Nature and the other elements of the forest to worry about. Then food - oh my goodness. This little dogs heart is the size of the Earth. Thank you Benji. Thank you for teaching me a little something for when I have kids.

This movie kind of peeved me off for a while. Any man gay or straight should know now that whatever you do around child nowadays is considered to be wrong.

People who grew up in the 60's and the 70's didn't have to deal with these kid issues because back then people minded their own business. If you saw a mother or father beating their child - you kept walking and minded your own business and let that parent handle THEIR OWN CHILD. Now, everybody is calling child services and report child abuse if you raise a hand TO YOUR OWN CHILD. And the kids know this and that's why the kids today are getting away with murder and calling their parents all kinds of names and getting into stuff they shouldn't.

The same thing in this movie takes place, Kathy N. starting something about nothing and it snowballs right into hell. She just assumed and it turned out wrong. But then again, the guy was doing something he should not have been doing - but then again he didn't realize what he was doing until it was too late.

Anyway, great movie and I didn't know this guy could direct also, great movie.

I don't know.

I was expecting a lot and it didn't deliver.

The one thing I do miss is the special effects noise that was made when Lee Majors and Lindsey Wagner ran. You know - Dadadadadadadada.

I was waiting for it and nothing.

And this BW seemed a little too upset at her boyfriend for saving her life - you would think should be grateful for being alive and put back together.

She could of been dead and/or no legs, arm, eye or ear.

I hope this show improves, if not - gone!!!!

I don't know - maybe I was looking for something and just wasn't there.

They seem to build on the characters of others beside Jaime. You know, she was like an after thought to the story.

Let's wait and see..

I went into this show with high expectations and trust me this show did not disappoint.

True, a lot like Dallas and Dynasty, but with Latinos and Sugar.

I just love the fact that there are a lot of minorities in this show, which is fantastic.

Looking forward to seeing the next episodes.

It's funny what money can do to people - even family members.

Sit down on Tuesday nights with the family and watch this thrilling drama - you will not be disappointed.
