Great for my 3yo.
10 February 2008
This is a great kids movie. The old care bears are back, but looking modern and vibrant. The premise is that Grizzle the bad bear is trying to steal the bears 'Belly Badges'. The story revolves around Oopsy Does It, a care bear that has no belly badge because he is so clumsy. He draws his feelings on his blank belly. My kid loved the movie and is a big fan of the resurgent care bears. The Grizzle scenes are a little scary, but not too bad. I had to explain that he is a bear who is lonely and wants friends. There is a huge care bear amusement park that the bears are building that my kid loves. They do a great job of taking you on the ride with the bears. It looks great on a big screen TV. I give it a 10. It is very well drawn...do we even say that? Very well CGI'd

This was a fantastic show
6 August 2006
This show was a groundbreaking look at the rock industry and the faces behind WAAF radio in Boston. From it's very first episode there was controversy about content...The nipples of the lead singer of the Beth Heart Band were visible through her wife beater t-shirt and the show was moved from WABU to a paid commercial slot at midnight Saturdays on Ch. 27 (the Spanish channel) The show revealed the faces behind the voices of WAAF..from Opie&Anthony to Mistress Carrie...John Osterlind, Greg Hill...All of the staff were on the show at one time or another. I really miss this show and it is too bad that new management took it off the air b/c it was someone else's brain child. RIP RRTV...You live on in tape collections...Can we get a DVD some day?

The live concert shoots were fantastic. The camera work and editing showed through. It was clearly not something that was thrown together in 2 hours. As the showed aged the episodes got more and more refined. Ian Barrett did an excellent job with this show and went on to do bigger and better things, including producing live concert DVD's for bands like Godsmack.

Underrated, fantastic film
14 November 2005
This is a fantastic film. The power of the allure of the acceptance of a firm is greatly illustrated. The main theme applies to many different aspects of society. A man needs to find acceptance and have a role in life. Without that he feels incomplete.

The main character grows and changes right before your eyes and in the end an important lesson is conveyed to the audience. It is a shame that this film did not earn 50mil in the U.S. It is better than any movie that I have seen this year. It has the power of Rocky with the realism of Saving Private Ryan. That is the best I can give you. I am sure that you will feel the same. The violence is very prevalent, but necessary. I am sure that that is why it did not do as well as it should have.

This is a train of thought review. Enjoy the movie.
