Death Row (2007)
Worst Movie Ever Made.
This is the worst film I have ever seen. My friend and I enjoy watching horrible films and making fun of them, so in that respect, we had a good time. The writing, acting, directing, location and editing were unspeakably horrible. The entire film could have been shot on a tripod or security camera and it could not have been any worse for it. The concept of passing time did not apply as it seemed that every second of the time-line was covered. If you need to learn how to put chloroform on a rag in a bag, we watch the killer do this on three to four occasions in real-time for no apparent reason other than to fill time.
The creators obviously did no research on police procedure or what is said or not said over a police radio. I was begging for the fast forward button as the killer is talking over the walkie pretending to be injured to lure his victims for a chloroforming and either stabbing in the gut, throat slashing, or shooting to the head. Killing 12 guys at your disposal in an abandoned prison should afford more interesting murder methods. High School adolescents could have written a better screenplay.
Guards usually don't fire sidearms indoors to break up minor scuffles between inmates, or randomly point their weapon at inactive, obedient convicts. What could have been interesting with a character based approach was horribly dependent on a plot twist that was more like the sound of air being let out of a balloon. A rating of 1 is a compliment.
