Okay. I saw the first two movies (creepy guy watches people who live at his properties, then he kills 'em with a hammer or kidnaps them or whatever) and they were all right. I thought they had some memorable creepy elements that I ended up thinking about after I finished watching them so that gets a good mark in my book.

But this new one is a whole different thing. The characters are much more relatable and fun (this movie is actually really funny!) and the overall story of it really had me this time. It does that thing that I like in movies where you may totally disagree with the decisions someone is making, but you can't take your eyes off of them and groan and "Oh no!" your way through the movie (Big points to the main actor here, who pulls it off very nicely.)

I feel like if I keep going I'll start spoiling things for people who haven't seen it yet.

I'll just say I recommend it. It was a real low budge horror surprise. Bravo!
