The show drags!
I'm not a big fan of dragging out misunderstandings in romance although I understand it's a commonality but this show very quickly ran out of ideas on HOW to prolong the couples getting together.
The show has 2 main misunderstanding points that it uses too often to extend the run time, 1) random interrupting phone calls 2) seeing somebody getting in the car with someone, these are completely overused and just get annoying after the 3rd time
There are 3 main couples the show follows and one very randomly added couple near the last quarter of the show. All 3 have different levels of unhealthy problems that could be solved easily with the slightest bit of communication, and while I can excuse most of it because of their insecurities (I still say 30 year old intellectuals should know how to communicate) the 3rd couple truly exhibits worrying behaviour that is only ok because the show says it's cute and the guy isn't a threat but in reality this would be a much more worrisome scenario, (without going into spoilers) there is a significant age difference between the 3rd couple (which on its own is not a problem) but the show very clearly displays the power imbalance and inappropriateness of this couple, and they are given nothing in common or even any bonding time until the very end which just makes their relationship seem creepy.
The main couple is cute enough, although the female lead can be a bit infuriating in her decision making and complete lack of self awareness.
The second couple hugely suffered from having nothing to do during most of the show because their problems and resolution can be solved in just a few episodes so it ended up being dragged out poorly.
Overall all the actors are nice to look at and there are some very swoon worthy moments but I'm pretty sure I could've skipped 15 episodes and wouldn't have missed anything.

Toxic lead couple, everything else was good
I do not understand the hype of this show when the lead couple is so toxic and unrealistic, it infuriated me so much how they would brush off the threatening of her job (which she really liked), the uncontrollable jealousy and just no accountability as "aww aren't they cute" no! It's not ok and I think I checked that he never once apologised to her for his behaviour (she heard from others about his trauma and guilt etc but he never once had that conversation with her) so the fact she just forgives him was annoying
That being said the second couple were adorable and actually very healthy in their communication and everything, which just made the main couple seem even worse. The friendship between the girls also brought many great scenes.
I would love to give it a worse rating because pretty much every scene between the main couple was irritating to watch but everything else was very good that it's hard to drag the show down.

Healthier and better than business proposal
I do not understand the low score! I've watched a fair few kdrama romcoms and this is just very sweet, the rich guy isn't actually a controlling narcissist (cough cough business proposal), his flaws seem quite genuine and understandable given his backstory, most importantly he was actively trying to better himself and never pulled the "I'm your boss so you should watch what you say/do" which creeped me out in other rom coms, if anything the female lead had to remind him "hey you're my boss so this feels odd and I could get into trouble", their friendship grew nicely and made sense with mostly the filming bating us into the misunderstanding tropes (which should die in rom coms because they're rarely done well) but the characters actually having healthy communication and avoiding the unnecessary drama.
The supporting cast was quite good as well, supportive girl squads are always nice to see.

Such promise such disappointment
The beginning was fun and while the chemistry between the leads wasn't the best it was fine enough for me but past episode 10 just feels like the show completely stops making sense and just DRAGS! There are so many useless scenes and things that don't make sense, which isn't helped that even the characters (actors) don't even seem to know what is happening so they just repeat empty lines of dialogue that do nothing to the plot. The ending was very very odd as well, it felt like the writers forgot it was a romance show (aka needs to have a happy ending) and then just shoved something together to kinda make it happy.
Might just be my pet peeve but they mention something in dialogue that is clearly not true and then prove it's not true in the next scene, eg "I will never leave your side" then IMMEDIATELY the next scene she goes for a useless walk to meet with someone that wasn't necessary. Or "I will do everything in my power to save you" and then does absolutely nothing! Like the point of soppy promises does still require some effort to make it believable that the person cares.
