So glad I saw this at cinema, was one of best things I've ever seen at the pics. The visual effects, scenes, cinematography, pace, humour, and everything about the film was spot on. How anyone have this anything below an 8 is beyond me. Storyline is pretty good, and very interesting and thought provoking. Looking forward to number 2. This is one movie franchise that's just got better and better and this didn't disappoint at all. Well done to To. And everyone involved you must be so proud of what you created, and it was nice to see so many great locations, how did they get to do some of the stuff they did in Rome? And nice to see my native Lake District and previously native north York moors throw in too!!

This is the first time I've given a film a ten; it wasn't just an excellent dark, witty and well produced film, it had great depth of character and every participant felt like they'd put 110% into the production. Every song, facial expression and movement we're carried out beautifully and it just proved Tim Burton's place in the hall of fame of the world's best directors. Unfortunately this film isn't to everyone's taste but if you like dark, nightmarish, musical extravaganzas, they please, please watch this film. A couple of continuity errors almost spoilt things for me but I'd pitched at 11/10 originally!

What a great British movie, I'm so surprised and disappointed that 2 people's low score have given this an average of a poultry 5.3!! This film is a 7 average (or more) if ever I saw one. I don't often comment on IMDb but this left me feeling like I had too. The film is enjoyable, insightful, full off feeling and comedy and would be enjoyed by anyone from the UK. I'm pleased to see Mackenzie Crook choosing to star in such well produced independent movies and would recommend this to anyone. Please give this a chance and comment back to raise this poor average score to something more in line with what the film deserves. An excellent film with a great cast and original storyline, well done!
