At the 1 hour 23 minute mark I was completely taken out of the film when the two burned the money & laughed. I understand the setup before w/the argument & Jim wanting to show he was doing the delivery because he's a good man. It's unnecessary, & unrealistic. I honestly haven't watched till the end. Jim will likely be rewarded by a potentially rich family, he'll get a break somehow, he'll get the asking price for his heard or he'll go on to work construction & live elsewhere (doubt it because of the wife's ashes). The money could of been split or donated in the church or anything but burned. NO ORDINARY PERSON WOULD DO THAT! It's a bad cliche at best.

Good movie. Much more than what I had anticipated. I guessed a funny, goofy-antics & action type of pass-the-time show but it's a lot deeper & drew me in. It's not a original plot but the characters are real & I was rooting for them. Sad at times funny at times & felt like it had good pacing. I just noticed at 1:31:11 the woman has "boob" armor. The super small, super radical idiots that truly only want to be outraged & stir the pot; they were outraged about Star Wars "Mandalorian" boob armor so where are they now? Ive not heard anything yet. Anyhow good flick check it out.

The movie is aimed at a small group of people that enjoy simple, action pack movies without much thought needed. Its a very predictable, boring story & thats the worst part by far. About halfway through I was wanting the movie to end because I could see the end clear as day. The production & acting is ok to good. Again the story is an action based romp but terribly predictable. The story subject is attractive, eye catching & sort of taboo & I think that's the draw but overall there's much much much better movies to watch & only watch this flick if you cant find almost anything else.

I really like IMDB. The user reviews are more often than not very agreeable with mine (user reviews anyhow). This is a movie that is much better than its rating. Its no Jurassic Park or Independence Day but it is a fun ride. Excellent cast & they are doing a good job playing their parts convincingly. It has a good pace, lots of action & a pretty good mystery. I liked this movie when it came out & still enjoy it today. This flick is a solid 6.5 but there's no halves so it's gotta be a seven because it's definitely not a six. My six to sevens are movies I enjoy, watch multiple times but fall short of outstanding. 8-9 are Star Wars, Jaws, ET, Jurassic Park, Saving Private Ryan, Sling Blade, Harry Potter, one Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest & a 10 is Empire Strikes Back, Episodes like GOT The Red Wedding just for reference. Give it a chance if you're looking for something to watch. Plus I love Laura Linney. I think she's as pretty as a woman can be when she lets her hair down. Those dimples just kill me.

A crushing look at the US's failed Health Care System. This is a look at the system through the eye of a family that was privileged enough to struggle through & be able to fight back. I wont spoil anything here. Most aren't in that position & thats a crime in itself. The movie is anecdotal however its familiar to most of us. Its a tough movie to watch because of the anger it agitates but we need that anger if we want a better system for us & our children.

The movie IS bad but it is camp. The Cgi is cartoonishly funny even for early cgi. Im not sure how (other than $) they got Jeremy Irons to star in this movie but he did an alright job. I did watch it all & that says a little about the movie; its at least somewhat interesting. Its not the worst movie but if u go into it w/the correct expectations its watchable. Theres just enough to keep u interested in the story but the antics are typical. Black, comedic sidekick, damsel in distress & a commoner hero. Its funny how the political part of the story generally reflects today. An obvious bad guy who somehow fools his followers into taking his side & when the attacked speaks up their words are twisted, become offensive & idealogical. Anyhow its camp & if thats ok w/u then its worth a shot if you're having trouble finding something to watch.

Why why why do you keep doing this to your movies, Disney? The cartoon is awesome this movie has the obligatory caveats: looks great, action good high production; but is terrible. As a political progressive & I actually know what political labels mean the messages is overriding the story. Its no wonder so many people dont like progressives. Heck, i dont like whoever wrote this movie. ; save your cash & watch someone else's copy if u must but its painful.

Its watchable but just barely. Its trying to be The Gran Budapest Hotel but fails. Its weird & i like weird but its just not that entertaining. If the rolls were filled by less recognizable actors I'd stopped watching after 20 minutes.

Difficult to watch Helen Hunt

This post isn't intended to just attack Helen Hunt but its truly difficult to watch her. Im not sure what shes done with her looks but knowing what she looks like from all of her past movies to this movie is jarring. While she may not be a favorite of mine shes played some great parts my favorite being in As Good As it Gets. Her face is emotionless, stiff & shes unrecognizable in many shots. Theres a scene where shes trying to be uplifting to her son but it comes across flat & scripted because there's nothing on her face no emotion. I truly think she hurts the film but im sure her name was a big get & initially helped.
The story is a tad silly but it could of been better w/better acting. John Leguizamo was fine & Tye Sheridan was somewhat convincing & funny at times. I did believe Ana de Armas. Overall watchable but theres many other films to see before needing to watch The Night Clerk.

I watch a lot of war movies. Im 48 & when i say a lot thats a lot. The movie is shot well with many iconic shots. Large open areas & tight tense as well. The movie isnt just meh because of lack of action its meh because i just felt bored most of the time. It felt like The Revenant at times only its a war movie. The movie events just seemed forced. Its ok to watch once. Ill likely never choose to watch this movie again.

The movie is enjoyable, pacing seems fine, story is ok to good. Would of been better if they hadn't written the girl to be such a stereotypical bratty girl. What child or adult would act the way she did just because of a lie? If they would of made her more competent or incompetent would of worked but the brat thing was difficult to watch. At times she was as dislikable as the bad guys.

Theres a kernel of truth here & there but overall the spin will make you dizzy. Its a big money, right wing trash fest to keep people confused while ALL of the republicans & the vast majority of the democrats keep screwing the working class & rewarding the richest in our country. You can have a government with power or big business & multi-billionaires with power. As sure as the cock crows the rich absolutely do not care about you. At least if the government has power & we elect candidates who dont take their money & we can eventually get to a government that works for the people not just short term gains regardless of the damage & social cost to the 99%.

Its not a bad movie. Mostly entertaining & funny at times. The ending just feels forced so the woman wins & shows how strong, uncompromising, ruthless & emotionally detached she can be by killing the last two men by sniping & especially one that she had a bit of an attraction to. Now this isn't just a woman winning is bad thing but if a guy & in particular the guy she clicked with was in her shoes i dont think he would of killed her. Point is seems like Cillian Murphys character should of lived too. But we're now in a moment where Hollywood is full in on 'woke' movies & the womans gotta be exactly like a man in every respect. They are in most cases, there are differences; physical attributes is one but mentally a brain is a brain & woman can do anything a man can. When i started the movie i said the woman would live & she even says, "IIFM" (In It For Myself) but the ending sucks mostly how it plays out not just the fact she kills them its how she snipes them in a completely weasely, weak, cowardly way that takes away from a woman's strength & equality. If she had said something that would of warned the men. Something that would of put them on equal terms & she won excellent but this ending was cheap & i think it was trying to imply she can be as mean as any man.

This movie is horrible. Its boring, plot holes, unanswered questions abound, it totally trashes the original characters esp Sarah Conners. Open a can of paint, paint something & just watch it dry. Watching the paint will absolutely be a better use of your time & you'll save $12. If you're a a Terminator fan i promise you will nit like this movie. Go watch Joker.

Completely idiotic movie. One persons insane & stupid (yes stupid because he knows better) attempt to prove the Earth is flat. For the ridiculously low height achieved just visit a skyscraper. I think your time would be much better spent combing through the million of photos, videos & other information to find inconsistencies. Seems like that would be much easier to do if in fact the Earth is flat.

The entire season has been off. The cinematography is different & now that mac & dee has had their teeth fixed & other things the original show is just gone. Sunny has had an amazing run but the magic is lost. Shut it down! Theres no way to save the show. The actors are wealthy, looks have changed, humor is gone.
BMO need repairs

I've watched almost all Adventure Time episodes and this one is just great. Good story and reveals more of the Ooo history and especially BMOs. He sneaks and deletes Fins files and accidentally deletes some core drivers. Suddenly he becomes sick and luckily hes programmed with directions how to return to the MO factory. Finn and Jake are there for their buddy to take him in for repairs. On the way BMO realizes that all MOs who need repairs also have to have a memory wipe. Of course Fin and Jake cant let their little buddy be reset to brand new so they disguise themselves as MOs. Jake shape shifts and Fin sits BMO on his head, pulls up his shirt and tucks in his arms. They check in at the reception desk and when the DMO says, "Are you ready for your memory wipe" they back out and request a tour. While on the monorail they notice the 1000 year old factory is not functioning and is in disarray. Watch the rest for the ending.
