The Epitome of Cool
14 June 2022
Steve McQueen and Robert Vaughn are the absolute definition of 'cool' in the coolest film of the 60's.

Without a doubt this there'd be no French Connection or Dirty Harry and the car chase is immaculate and vert rarely bettered in so many films I've seen!

I dare you to watch it and not be impressed.

The absolute epitome of a great cop film and thriller.

I Love This
21 December 2021
As a very young boy I remember watching the older series with my mum and as a result I loved Lucille Ball.

This is a great movie but probably won't be of any interest to a much younger generation.

Nicole Kidman is amazing and gets Lucille's voice spot on!

Beautiful!
7 April 2019
My dad was in the POW camp with Bert and married a local girl (my mum) from Liverpool! I knew they'd had a hard time because my dad was seen as the enemy and my mum as a traitor, but this film is so beautifully told and it brought it home to me! It's both funny and deeply emotional, but most of all it's about reconciliation and acceptance! Obviously there's a little poetic license, but that adds to the film! It had me in tears, Highly recommended!
