American Psycho II: All American Girl (2002)
One You Will Enjoy!
This is the story of Rachel Newman, a "textbook sociopath" who will go to ANY measures to get the teaching assistant's job in her college Crime class. Mila Kunis plays Rachel and William Shatner plays her ex-FBI agent professor, Robert Starkman. If you watch this movie, then I think that you will like it. A lot of people are die-hard fans of the original American Psycho movie staring Christian Bale and the book by Bret Easton Ellis, and they hate this movie because it does not stay true to the original book or the movie. But what I want you to do is forget that it doesn't even make sense to the original movie and just think of it as one of it's own series. Actually, I don't think you really even need to see the first American Psycho to understand it. I had always been a big fan of the first one and I got really mad when I saw this one, but when you actually see it and forget all about that, you really enjoy it. It isn't your average teen slasher flick. That is what had me hooked. You feel sympathy not towards a victim or someone that a killer is chasing, but towards the killer. And American Psycho 2 is not one that is confusing. It is really just a fun, cool, kinda scary movie with a hot cast. The script was wonderful. One of the only bad things about it would maybe be that they didn't show any of the violence. I am not saying that I am obsessed with that sort of thing but I am just saying that would make it a lot cooler. The costumes are awesome; Mila Kunis and Lindy Booth are very good-looking. My final verdict is that you should check this one out next time you have the chance. My rating: 8/10

Nothing But Ripped-Off Trash
I am telling you something truthful - DO NOT RENT THIS MOVIE. It was awful. Horrible. It wasn't even scary. The previews made it out to be a simple scary movie with a plot as simple as If you go to this website, you die. But that was not it. The plot got more confusing and stupid as the movie progressed. And I don't know who the cinematographer was, but he/she did a horrible job. I totally hate all of the colors and lighting. He always used dark colors and stuff and it was smothering. And I know what you are thinking, most movies go with a particular color scheme to help get in the story, but this one went way to far and at some parts you couldn't even really tell what is going on. And no, my TV is not messed up because I also saw it in theatres and a lot of other people said the same thing. Another thing is that very little of the movie is original. TONS of it was ripped straight out of The Ring. I am not going to get in to what those specific things because that might be considered a spoiler. And I know that the plot is kind of like The Ring's, but I mean you still have a pretty good one to go on. But no, they had to take even MORE stuff from it. Well I think that I have left you enough information so that you can make the decision NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOVIE!
Arlington Road (1999)
Excellent, One That Stands Out (Possible Spoiler)
This movie was excellent. I loved it. The acting was wonderful and it was one of the best stories I have ever heard. I thought that all of the actors gave some of the best performances of their careers. Including Jeff Bridges, Joan Cusack, Tim Robbins, and Hope Davis. One of the reasons that this movie was so good to me and even scared me a lot was that it was so real. All of this stuff CAN happen and ACTUALLY does happen in our world. "Arlington Road" was also great because it was so different. It really stands out from most thrillers. It has an ending that varies from the classic Hero Always Wins. It is scary to see a movie where the bad guy can defeat the good guy. I think that this movie is an amazing thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. You should rent it when you get the chance.
The Good Girl (2002)
Excellant Drama, Excellant Comedy
This movie is one that really shows the abilities of Jennifer Aniston and Jake Gylanhaal. This movie was awesome. It is one of my favorites and as soon as I saw it, I went out and bought the DVD. It is one of the few films that are able to be both a drama and a comedy. It is one that is touching and sad enough to make you want to cry but then you will be rolling on the floor laughing. It is a serious, realistic movie that knows how to be hilarious but not go over the top. It makes you laugh at everyday things. I love the way that it looks, too. The colors are awesome. It takes place in Texas but it does not over due it on the acting or dialects and stuff. Jennifer was great, also. I can tell that she tried hard to really get into her character. This was a film and a part that really meant something to her, not just another chance to use her fame from "Friends" to score big bucks at the box office. I think that you should really check this movie out. It is one that I really think you will enjoy. You won't be disappointed.

I'm Surprised I Finished the Movie!
I am sorry but this movie was so horrible. First of all, if you want to make a good horror movie, cut down on some of the nudity and sex. I know, I know, that every horror movie has the obligatory nude shot but this movie went over the top. The lines were so corny that at some points they didn't even make sense. There are some B-Movies that are fun to watch but don't even think about this being one. I got so bored during it. The music was so bad it didn't even set the mood for a good horror movie. If you ask me, I could make a better movie than this.
Love Stinks (1999)
My New Favorite Movie!
I love this movie. One day I was doing what I normally do and go through Blockbuster looking for movies that I had never heard of. So I saw this movie , Love Stinks. The cover had Bridgette Wilson in a teddy so how bad could it be? By the way, Bridgette Wilson is one of my favorite actors. So I watched it and I loved it! It was so funny and original. I don't know about anyone else but I have never seen a movie about a sitcom writer. I especially loved the ending. It was so surprising and funny. Once again, I don't know about anyone else but I had no idea that this was going to happen. I don't know how I had never heard of such a great movie with so many big names in it. I went and rented and loved it. I encourage you to do the same. It is now one of my favorite movies and I just bought it on DVD!
Boomtown (2002)
Great Story, Great Cast, Great Show!
This show is wonderful! I love it. It is one that you never get bored during because as soon as anything boring is about to happen it changes the point of view and keeps going with the story. And this wasn't one that I just happened to watch and it turned out surprising me. I saw the promos for this show on NBC about a month before it came out. I knew even then that it was going to be a great show. The acting is awesome. Every single character is so realistic. Even the bit players were great. If you don't know anything about the show...here goes- Each episode is a crime. Then the whole episode and the crime is examined from many different points of view. Such as the tough reporter Andrea Little. When you hear the format of the show and the layout, you think that it seems like it's going to be hard to follow, but it's not. The end finally is the conclusion of what happened. The suspense is awesome. It's like when you watch a movie, and you really really like it. You never want it to end because you love the characters, the story, and everything. This is like that but your not disappointed at the end because you know your going to be able to see more of the show on the next episode. This show is really one for you to watch!
Terror Toons (2002)
Forget B Movie, This is a Z Movie.
Filled with porn stars and 30 year olds trying to play teenagers, this movie is one of the worst that I have ever seen. I am 14, and me and my friends have seriously made better movies than this in our backyard. Even our green-screen shots look better than theirs! And if you watch the DVD, you can hear the people saying how they filmed it in 3 days. The acting is horrible along with all of what they call their "special effects." The entire production was poor. After you watch the movie and you learn the names, Candy and Cindy, read the summary on the back of the case again. You realize that they have the names backwards. What kind of genius did they have type the summary? And what is the point of having an actress who is playing a seven year old girl show her breasts on camera? Is it just me or is that really really sick? And the so called "introduction" to the movie by the "Brain Damage" guy. What was that? They had a tarp with a hypnosis spiral painted on it and happy face paper plates hanging up. Its like they aren't even trying. When 14 year old kids can make better films than this, that's got to tell you something.
