The Real Blac Chyna (2019)
I'm shook
Alright to say that this has no entertainment value is not 100% covering it... it's kinda like trying to watch away from a horrible burning train wreck but you're just stuck and sucked in awe, shock and disbelief. Only to feel kinda icky, gross, afterwards and regret having stayed around a bit too long. Feeling guilty for some reason you can't explain. Like watching people suffer and die inside and kinda enjoying without realizing it at first. If I'd had to describe it quickly to anyone: picture a low key jerry springer version of the Osborne's reality show that's visually ripped from KUWTK. Except without any depth, talent or anything of actual substance. The main stars are mother and daughter who are both legit ex stripper and both equally mentally disturbed or ill. The shows portrays the "family" finally having made it beyond the club life.. except they are still kinda going through the motions of it all. Absolute class etiquette and interesting interviews and interactions... not. The cast is basically partially production crew and partially her make up artists and one long time "friend" that ironically has quit the show after a couple of episodes in. I still can't make up my mind what's really happening, which is arguably a good or bad thing depending on how you look at it. All in all a bizarre shallow mish mash with highlights of people throwing chairs, shoes or soda cans at each other with allot of unintelligible shouting. I gave it a shot, two stars is very generous.
