Wonderful film
23 September 2010
Warning: Spoilers
I am hardly a fan of Adir Miller, as a matter of fact I don't really like him as an actor, however, to every rule there is an exception, and in Mr miller's case - this movie is it. The rest of the cast is also spectacular. Who shell we start with? Maja Dagan is stunning as Clara, Bat-El Papura's performance as Sylvia the midget is amazing, and one looks forward to seeing her in future films. The historic events are described in an accurate manner-no historical discrepancies and all described events had actually happened (including the story about the cinema run by a family of seven midgets - true story). Wonderful film - go go go you wont regret

no rubbish
4 August 2006
No rubbish - no where even near rubbish. Not an original? thats the last thing that could be said of "2.4 children".Predictable? certainly not! Although it was somewhat an unusual series for the BBC, it was hilarious, funny, and witty. I particularly liked Belinda Lang and John Pickard - who I believe preformed wonderfully.Gary olsen was also very good and so were all the other cast members..I never quite new why it was can-celled till reading here today about Gary Olsen's death at a relatively young age. I do wish that they would make more of comedy of this type, much more of them (and show them here in Israel).Thumbs way up!

a waste of time
10 March 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Last night I had to choose between going to see this movie and "brokebak mountain". I opted for this one, frankly, because of George Clooney. In retrospect - that was a big mistake, I still think Clooney is a great actor, but this movie has several major problems surpassing his superb acting which make it, in total, a waste of viewers time and money - the biggest one of them is that it tries to tell several stories at the same time, but unfortunately, at the end, I could not understand any of them. That black guy and his father - what was that all about? George Clooney's character and the characters' son kept mentioning his wife/mother also being "at the same level of security clearance", but that is all we learned about her. Ambiguity is all over this one.The time and money spent on this movie where a complete waste. DON'T WATCH!!!!!
