Non-readers of the books will be confused.

If you didn't read the books and you're not the young adult segment you should probably stay away although the series is very well made and has a lot going for it. However, watching this made me miss all the great seasons of GoT (before it went all wrong) and I'm realising that I'm just getting old (I'm 45). Anyway, the teen/young adult segments are enjoying this series and God bless them.

Ending on a high!

What a ride this has been! One of the most engaging shows out there. Boggles my mind how and why this was cancelled! And why hasn't Daniel Knauf done anything since? 10/10.

You Are A F@cking ...

I like the way this is going. I know I should really hate them but I do feel drawn to several of the characters here. I like the cinematography and the score as well. Only slight worry is the Craig/Greg story arc. They need to pull something extraordinary out of the hat with that one. 8/10.

Think I'll take a break for now.

Not a fan of where this is going. Season 1 and 2 were great but I didn't really like the ending at all and this first episode didn't convince me that I should continue watching. And what's with I Don't Like Monday's? I always liked that song but it seemed totally out of place in that scene. Or was that just me ..?

Extremely predictable!

Season 3 started very well but quickly went downhill and the finale was just plain childish and predictable. Don't think I'll hang around for another season.

Alright, that's it. I'm quitting this show now. I probably should have done it long ago as is has been on a downward slope for quite a while now. It's a shame because it has great potential and I really did like some of the tense early episodes. Especially when the plot was split between what was going on in space on on the ground. I suppose the fast pace of each episode is one of the strong points and the show has not lost that but there are simply just too many inconsistencies and implausibilities now and you just can't ignore them any more as they're turning into the shows great weakness. So Raven has complex surgery to remove the bullet (without any anesthesia), she ends up with one leg paralyzed but now strolls through the woods like the rest of them because a guy builds some kind of support for her? Give me a break! Goodbye, 100, you had your moments but it's time to call it a day. And there won't be any happy returns!

I must admit I was close to giving up on this series but after this episode I'm gonna give it another chance. The acting which has been all over the place in previous episodes is good all around in this one and it's a tense, edge-of-your-seat episode that shows new sides to some well-known characters and also introduces an interesting new one. I do feel, though, that they need to start introducing some more characters among the 100. Surely they cant' all be happy about Bellamy's management style. But this one is definitely the the best episode so far. Let's hope the show really takes off now. The idea is great and it deserves this kind of execution

8 out of 10 - you gotta be kidding! Boring and annoying.

Warning: Spoilers
This must be one of the most overrated movies of the year. I suppose it's because it's a Danny Boyle movie and he made great movies in the past such as Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire and 28 Days Later (which I all liked a lot) and this makes him a very cool director and hence you have to like this movie to be political correct or it might be because James Franco is hot and happening in Hollywood right now. It's the best explanation I can give because the movie itself is quite boring and apart from maybe one scene not really gripping or shocking.

If you're stuck in a cave underground what would you be hearing? Exactly. Nothing at all! But this movie is filled with music and annoying sequences with lots of sound. I know it's supposed to represent his thoughts and mind but it does not work for me at all.

James Franco as best actor nominee? I beg to differ. What does he do? He screams, he twists, he grimaces. He does that well enough but to get a nomination for best actor. Please!

I have to say that technically everything in this movie is very well done. No problems there whatsoever and this is no surprise from a Danny Boyle movie.

This movie's theme reminds me a lot about the novel "Gerald's Game" by Stephen King. I always thought that it'd be impossible to make it into a movie and nobody has tried. I haven't read the book by Aron Ralston but I guess it's the same thing. How do you even try to convey all his thoughts, fears, regrets and physical pains - which must be impossible to comprehend unless you're in the situation yourself - to the viewer? I can't really say but the way this movie does it is not the answer.

If you want a harrowing tale about having your arm being trapped with nobody around to save you while your mind is playing tricks on you then read "Gerald's Game". It stays with you long after you've finished it. If you go to watch this movie you'd be rather bored and forget about it quickly.
