Perhaps the best movie made in 15-20 years
13 October 2017
Do yourself a favor and ignore people who did not like this movie - since they might have expected an complete action sci-fi with lasers blasting galore :D

With the new Blade Runner Ridley Scott has made more than a movie, he has made something truly deserving the label of: ART!

I was quite the skeptic when i heard of the new Blade Runner, but after a trip to the big screen, i must admit it is the work of a grand master - the sound, the music, the colors, the acting, the darkness and the sense of the movie - it is bound to be a classic and an Oscar Winner for sure.

A movie that deserves much more attention.....
9 November 2016
I have watched Alexander perhaps 5-6 times - and i still feel quite enchanted by the complex figure of Alexander The Great portrait really well and in inner conflict by Colin Farrell.

Oliver Stone made a ancient grand epic that deserves to been seen as an interpretation of the great ancient conqueror and almost mythic King of the Greeks.

Soundtrack is so well done by Vangelis, that alone is enough reason to watch the movie, but the film is far better than what many would admit :D

The battle scenes are very well performed, and you get the true feeling of seeing ancient Persians and Greek in direct battle!

A movie about going from industry locations to the next...
8 July 2016
The first movie had our attention peaked, even though it was abit on the lame side - men the second movie is a horrid adaption of so many other movies like it before - story is slow, boring and all you see is the group change from one compound or industry site to the next...... so much mix bix and twix.....

Avoid it, it will be a waste of time...

And everything is so poorly explained, that you never really get excited about anything - just more and more locations shifts.... always somewhere new to go....

I think... and i am being honest here that you will get more out of a cold shower than this movie.

Sublime
24 March 2015
If you love The Incredibles, The watchmen, X-men, Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers and so forth.... you will love this :D

Sharlto Copley is fan-f-cking-tastic in this sci-fi-superhero series :D

Plot may seem off, but it works and gets better - a fresh, fun and geeky series with many funny actors out of their comfort zone :D

Picture is great - love the ambient music - this could be really really great if they keep developing the universe, and perhaps add more interesting well known actors into roles we normally don't see them in :D

Gonna stay tuned and hope they don't cancel this gem

Costner with a sense of humor in the shape of taken :D
15 February 2015
Kevin Costner back in a semi comic gray fox action movie, with a hint of "Taken" - whats not to like. Costner is great :D

All sets in Paris, an cia-like agent going into retirement fighting cancer, disconnected from his family, chasing a criminal and still keeping his cool - this goes for a fine movie for fans of Costner and the light fast pace action movies that dares to be a bit funny.

Good picture, not to much cliché dialogue, and a story that develops good - good fight scenes, car stunts and all the stuff we like :D

People will think of Taken, From Paris with love, Body guard... well its all very much Luc Besson as we know him

1864 is out of synch with history and tries to make a fool out of Denmark in the past
19 October 2014
Ole Bornedal and Danmarks Radio has made it their quest to make a fool out of Denmark and all of the Danes, by putting up this awful and anti-historical attempt to tell the story of the war of 1864.

The story is out of synch with its time, and seems to be an attempt to preach modern morality and socialistic views into the past. People of great importance for Denmark is put up as maniacs, and the focus on taboo and sex i massive - especially cow-sex and children masturbating!

The acting is awful beside the German actors who shows class!

Avoid this series at all cost, it it simply not worth the time!

Ole Bornedal who directed the series uses the national history of Denmark to tell an untrue story about the motives and reasons for war in the mid 1800s and by adding loads of sayings, slang's and modern speech and behavior the series becomes untrustworthy!
