As a fan of Disc World, I accepted that this was 'inspired by' and not actually taken from his books and this makes me struggle to understand why the hate from all the book lovers.

The first episode, it took a little effort, but by the end of the series I was hungry for more..... please don't tell us that it is a one series show, let there be another couple of seasons at the very least.

There is just way too much other genuine crap, remakes and politically correct garbage being produced lately.

I get that this style of humour is not for everyone, but I loved the series. Well acted with subtle, dry British style wit throughout. It had me hooked in Episode one and just got better from there, enjoyed it enough to highly recommend it to my friends

If you like the classic good British humour, then this is worth watching. Well directed, acted and produced.

Ignore the knockers and bad reviews. I thoroughly enjoyed the series and I just hope that this is not another one season wonder. Bring on Season 2!

Ok, so I have only seen the first episode, but I enjoyed it as good old fashioned FAMILY comedy. The characters are quirky and I will be very interested to see how far this series goes.

My advice, give it a go!
