The movie is definitely fun to watch just for passing time, and it is for the masses who don't want to watch anything to serious. There is no logic in the movie so you can leave your brains at home and enjoy the movie with your family. The jokes were mostly very bad, only a few were okay. Akshay does a good job with his acting and keeping up with tiger shroffs dance moves and action scenes. All other cast did pretty bad with there acting skills. The best part of the movie are the action scenes. Bollywood has come a few levels up with cgi, some scenes still look really fake but they have mostly done a good job with it. Overall it is a really good movie and doesn't really deserve the treatment it's getting from the critics. Just go and enjoy it. And I hope the move does well at the box office cause i do want to see the sequel is well.

The cast and production value looked great. It had all the potential, but miserably failed to deliver and completely wasted the opportunity.
During the first half of the screening. I was trying very hard to keep following the story. But it was that boring, I ended up just enjoying my drink and popcorn. And not caring about the movie at all.
There were only a few funny moments but the whole movie felt like it was just dragging on for ever. I just couldnt wait for it to be over.
These are some of my most favourite actors, and it's a terrible shame how they all got wasted in an awful way with a weak script.

The movie is an absolute waste of time and money. Utter nonsense. The whole plot and acting was way over the top. I can't believe movies like this trash are still been made for the masses. Is this ment to make peace between indai and pakistan or stir things further? I can't remember how many times I dozed off to sleep out of boredom. Seriously, I want a refund and compensation from the makers for the mental torture I went through watching this silly movie. This movie is an embarrassment to India as a nation! The writers of the movie need to have some proper training before putting the pen to paper. Pathetic movie!

This movie was nothing special other then big action scenes for a bollywood movie, but it still doesn't compare Hollywood level action scenes.
John Abraham was by far the best performing actor in this movie. He performed every one else but doesn't seem to be getting the credit for it.
Shahrukh is pretty much doing what he normally does so there was nothing different in his performance. Deepika was terrible. She only looks good but her character and acting sucked.
This movie doesn't really have a story, which is sad cause its a big budget movie and they didn't bother with the script at all. All the focus was on showcasing shahrukh and deepika and larger then life action scenes.
After all I say everyone should give this movie a try, alot of people are enjoying it, and it's getting pretty good feedback from the professional critics.

For years I've been thinking nothing could surprise me of entertainment, movies or tvs shows, until I watched avatar 2. I thought the first avatar was average so I wasn't expecting much from this. But this movie completely blew my mind away. This is a perfect movie for a cinematic experience. If your a cinema fan this is a must see for you. Some people are trashing the story, I'd say its a perfect balance and James Cameron has put all together with perfection. The visuals are a whole nother level. I watched it in 3d and I'm ready to watch it again in 3d isense next week. Who ever said never under estimate James Cameron, they are absolutely right. I'll be very shocked if this movie flops at the box office cause I think this movie can't flop. Everyone will love this movie for sure, and it's a movie that people will watch keep coming back to the cinema for. This is a masterpiece and a visual monster.

I only watched the trailer of the movie last week. It didn't look like something to be really excited about but I still thought I'd give it a watch. And I managed to watch it on the first show in the local cinema in uk.
The opening looked really good with great looking visuals. Action scenes were okay. It keeps switching between fast and slow-motion matrix style action. It partly made me think I'm watching a computer game on the big screen. Black adam has alot of flash lighting, as shown in the trailer, which was a bit annoying, but that's what the films all about with tech adam having God's powers.
The story is average nothing special.
Five thousand years ago, the city of Kahndaq was under the tyrannical rule of king Anh-Kot, who intended to create the Crown of Sabbac, which is known to give the wearer great power. After enslaving his people and forcing them to dig for "Eternium" - the magical crystal needed to create the crown - a young boy leads the slaves to revolt against him. When the boy is given the power of Shazam, transforming him into Kahndaq's heroic champion Teth-Adam, he kills Anh-Kot and ends his reign. So that's the opening before black adam wakes up in the present time, and the action really takes off.
The movie keeps slowing down and in the end I felt as if it's really dragging. Over all it is an average movie. I'd say it's only a one time watch.

I've been looking forward to this movie sins I've seen the trailer in August. I never knew it was a remake of the maula jatt 1979. So I watched the original on YouTube which was only good cause of the 2 lead characters maula jatt and nori nath. They pretty much stole the show so I was looking forward to this movie and it was a total blast coming from Pakistan. Luckily I didn't have to travel out of town to watch this movie. Again the lead 2 characters stole the show and the visuals and the story is really good to. A massive improvement from the 1979 movie and everyone should give this movie a try even Indian audiences.

This is a masterpiece all the way. The story is taken from a novel and the film adaptation has been on and of for decades sins cause of the financial side of it.
Now that the film has been made I have to say it is worth the weight. People who have read the novel should love the film is well. Every scene is on grand scale and the actors have given it there all to the movie.
I've heard this might be mani ratnams last project. That will be shame cause he is one the best talents out there.
This film is fantastic from start to finish I'll have to watch it at least once more in cinema. And I will be looking forward to the sequel.

The story is exactly the sane as the original other then the characters are performed really well by saif and hrithik. But if you have seen the original like I have there's no point in watching this cause its only made 5 years after the original and its only been remade for the money. Its a shame bollywood can't come out with ant original stories and only do remakes. This movie is only worth it if you haven't seen the original, and if you're a fan of hrithik roshan cause he's coming on the big screen after the movie war.
I would really recommend people to give ps1 a try even if you have to read subtitles its worth it.

Good performance by akshay kumar I'd say he runs the show pretty much and for me this a one time watch. I watched this movie in a complete empty hall It's a shame people are not giving it much of a chance.
Sanjay dutt was really good in his role but I found him a bit annoying in the second half.
Some people are saying the second half is boring. The second half is a bit slow but the ending is as epic as the beginning of the film. I'd say its fair to say, the film opens on a high and ends on a high to.

It was really disturbing and interesting to me, coming from someone who doesn't know much about Jimmy savile, but I've heard about him alot over the years. Watching this 2 part documentary was making my blood boil, knowing who Jimmy is now and all the charity work he has done through his life time.
It's not written on anyone forehead if they are a peodophile or not, the world is a very dangerous place.
Watching this made me download the whole 793 pages of Jimmy savile investigation report. I want to know all about the investigation now.
I'd say everyone should give this documentary a try, specially if you dont know about savile and the things hes done. And be careful with who you trust specially when it comes to kids.

It was a good watch, it took a while for me to get used to the constant switch between the two actors playing the same character, but that wasn't done by the producers out of choice. I wish rishi had been able to complete the film for a cinema release, with it been filmed the way it is, it was the right move to release it ott cause the film wouldn't of worked at the box office, so I'm glad ott was there to give this movie a good release. At the end there is a beautiful tribute to rishi kapoor. It was good to see rishi performing for the very last time. Paresh did really well and it was good of him to step in and complete the film for the legendary rishi kapoor who will for ever be missed. Rip rishi kapoor, thanks for the memories.

I missed the last 30mins of the movie but it was good to watch. It is a bit slow, I wouldn't say boring though. Performances were really good from the lead cast. I would recommend everyone to give this movie a try but dont take your kids to it. It's not a family movie.

Finally late at night I got to watch Don't Look Up. Its a really interesting movie kept me gripped all through out the movie. Fantastic screen play great performances from all the cast. Overall its been a really good movie for home viewing on Christmas eve.

It was an awful screenplay but only the comedy made this film fun to watch. The comedy is really good story and screen play was rubbish. I walked out at ajay devgons entry ill just watch the rest of the movie on netflix next month. This movie is still worth going to for the comedy scenes.
