I just finished watching this movie on Disney+. As a 20-something who grew up loving this franchise, I must say that "Buck Wild" is a nice return to form for the Ice Age franchise. Far exceeded my expectations. One of the best family movies of 2022 (so far).

I was in preschool when this show debuted on television. Up until that point, Leo the Lion scared me. But then, I saw this show and realized he wasn't scary at all; he was just doing his job and that there was always a gentler side to him.
I never missed an episode of this short lived series and I think it's worth rebooting for a new generation to coincide with MGM's centennial! A terrific show for all ages!

I just recently returned home from seeing this on the big screen. Personally, I found the special effects to be top notch and the performances from both the live actors and the voice cast to be incredible! Every child should see Christopher Robin and every parent should too. Unlike the animated Pooh films, it has something for everybody; regardless of age!

The Sandlot

My family and I have watched "The Sandlot" many times over the past 15 years and we still enjoy every moment of it immensely. As devout sports fans and period piece buffs, it's not only one of our favorite sports movies, but also a great period piece that we admire. To this very day, we still quote lines from the film on occasion.
If you love baseball, period pieces, or both, I definitely recommend "The Sandlot"!!

Scooby-Doo Mystery Mayhem is not only difficult (even for its target audience), but just not fun to play. Scooby seems to be the only useful character, rendering Shaggy worthless, because Shaggy can't crawl. Another thing I hate is that you can only jump on certain platforms, you have to keep tapping the same buttons over and over wearing out your thumbs when you're catching Ghosts, and worst off all, when you lose all your cool, you go right back to your last checkpoint!
I consider avoiding this title, and purchasing Scooby-Doo's other games (Night of 100 Frights, Unmasked, Cyber Chase, and Spooky Swamp, to name a few).

After Disney's 1 Saturday Morning and FOX Kids were canceled by their respective networks, I was searching for a new show to watch on Sat. Mornings. I soon heard that a new Scooby-Doo show was going into production for the now-defunct WB network. Zoinks! Remembering that I have been a SD fan since I was a toddler, I was excited and watched every episode when it initially aired, and watched the reruns. While many say that this is a bad remake, I disagree. What's New, Scooby-Doo? is INDEED a VERY entertaining show, and not a bad remake. The writing is LOL funny, the animation is stunning, and a HUGE improvement over the original show's animation, as well as the casting, Casey Kasem reprises his role as Shaggy, Frank Welker not only reprises his role as Fred, but now voices Scooby, too! As for the girls, well, Grey DeLisle (DUH-lyle) voices Daphne and Mindy Cohn (Natalie Green from the Facts of Life) voices Velma. I own all 3 seasons of the show on DVD so I can watch them anytime I want, and I still watch the reruns from time to time on Cartoon Network. If you and your family like Scooby-Doo, check out this show. You won't be sorry.

When I was 2 years old, a new television show premiered on Nick Jr. titled "Blue's Clues", thinking it would be horrible, I was wrong. I enjoyed every second of it. Steve was by far the greatest host on the show. Since I loved this show so much growing up, my parents purchased me a lot of the merchandise ranging from the videos to the handy-dandy notebook. As the years went on, the rest of my family began watching it and enjoyed Steve's antics. Unfortunately, all of that seemed to have decreased once Steve left "for college" (in reality to become a rock star) and let his brother, Joe (Donovan Patton) take over as Blue's owner. We all cried when Steve left, and stopped watching the series after Steve left, and had refused to watch any episodes that had Joe, we only watched Steve's episodes. Joe just didn't seem to fit in well as the host, and I felt that he replaced Steve just to teach kids to do bad things.
All in all, Blue's Clues was an awesome show from 1996-2003! Be sure to show your kids this show, but don't show them the Joe episodes, show them the Steve episodes.

Following our love of the first two Ice Age films, my entire family and I expected a third one. It's just as hilarious (if not more) than the first two! As with "The Meltdown", "Dawn of the Dinosaurs" introduced us to new characters, Scratte, Scrat's love interest, and Buck, a weasel who bears traits similar to Crocodile Dundee (played by Simon Pegg of "Shaun on the Dead" and "Spaced" fame). It was a breathtaking experience (with outstanding colors) to see our favorite herd in a new dimension: the Dinosaur world! What more could you ask for? Seeing as Ice Age is a popular movie franchise like Toy Story, we can all relate to the characters at one point or another in our lives. The experience that Ellie and Manny share, Ellie giving birth to her first born child, is something that a lot of parents get excited about and Scrat and Scratte (pronounced Skrat-tay)'s story which regards love is something that we can all relate to.
In conclusion, if you are a fan of Ice Age and enjoyed 1 and 2, I suggest that you watch "Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs", you and your family will enjoy it dearly, and will want to watch it even more than once!

A bad sequel to a movie I dislike.

Having seen the first "Cars", it did really seem like a Pixar movie. It seemed to be more like a poorly animated high school project. While I enjoy Pixar's, DreamWorks', and Blue Sky's films, this film and its predecessor just didn't seem to compare to much "better" films like "Ice Age" (2002), "Toy Story" (1995) or even "Kung Fu Panda" (2008). Just the same old jokes (which I didn't find funny), and poor dialogue. The humor just seemed as stale as Jay Leno's sense of humor. Please, Pixar! Don't do a "Cars 3"! In fact, I feel that I shouldn't drive a car after seeing this! At least I didn't see this film in the theater, I waited until the movie was on TV, Blu-ray, and/or DVD. I could only sit through the first 2 1/2 minutes and then shut off my TV.
If you want to watch any of 2011's animated films, I suggest "Rio", "Winnie The Pooh", "Kung Fu Panda 2" and "Rango". You'll get more of a kick of those movies thanks to their brilliant sense of humor and excellent animation. Overall: 1/10. This movie deserves an "F-" grade!

Having seen 2002's "Ice Age" with my entire family, we enjoyed it dearly and we knew that there would most likely be a sequel. When 20th Century-F0X announced that a sequel was in the works over at the studio, we were excited. We couldn't wait to see our favorite trio again on the big screen! Once the film came out, we enjoyed every second of it, laughing out loud at all the hilarious moments, including Scrat (the saber-tooth squirrel)'s mishaps with his beloved acorn. He's even more nuts than he was in the first film (pun intended)! In this sequel, we are introduced to three new characters, Ellie the Shemoth (played by Queen Latifah of "Living Single" and "Living Out Loud" fame), a female mammoth who is deluded and thinks she's a possum (much like how throughout much of the 1st Toy Story, Buzz thought he was an actual space ranger, not a toy, until he realizes later on that he IS a toy), who is Manny's love interest as Manny was having stress about the fact the he may be the last of his kind, and Ellie's two possum brothers, Crash (played by Seann William Scott, of "American Pie" fame) and Eddie (played by Josh Peck of Nickelodeon fame).

Growing up in the late 1990s-early 2000s was fun for me, especially with some of Nickelodeon's clever and funny shows! Kenan & Kel, Rugrats, Rocket Power, and especially the Angry Beavers! My entire family and I watched this show non-stop when I was in Preschool up until I was in 3rd grade. My favorite character was Norbert (played by Nick Bakay, who also played "Salem Saberhagen" on Sabrina, The Teenage Witch). Following the series' cancellation, my family and I came up with ideas for new episodes, and we even manage to use Dagget's classic catchphrase "Spoot" in many sentences. Thanks to Netflix and Shout! Factory (for releasing the show on DVD, which I own), I can relive the "glory days" of my life and share it with younger kids of today's generation. After showing it to some of today's kids, they enjoy it and are always asking for more. Mitch Schauer, if you're reading this, I suggest you revive the series or better yet, give Norbert and Daggett Beaver a theatrical or TV movie! Too many of today's kids are missing out on great shows that Gen Y (which I'm in) had growing up! Overall, a fun series that not only kids will enjoy, but teens and adults will too.

My entire family and I have enjoyed every single chapter in the "Ice Age" saga since the beginning. We the first three movies on DVD/Blu-ray and watch them when we can. But this movie really made us laugh hard. When I saw this movie in the theater, there were definitely a lot of teenagers (aside from me) laughing at the action that occurs between Manny, Sid, Scrat, Diego and the others. Kids, teens and even adults will enjoy the fourth chapter in the trilogy. Kids will laugh at the characters, but teens may relate to Peaches even more because they go through the same effects that many face in real life (fitting in, getting a love interest). Adults will also like to say that there's some newcomers to the saga, including Canadian rapper, Drake (of Degrassi: TNG fame), Nicki Minaj, Wanda Sykes, Aziz Ansari (of NBC's Parks & Recreation), Patrick Stewart (Star Trek: TNG), Kunal Nayyar (of the Big Bang theory), Heather Morris (of Glee) and Jennifer Lopez (if you watched American idol this season, Ice Age 4: Continetal Drift popped up quite a lot). It's Pirates of the Caribbean meets Ice Age in this hilarious fourth chapter!! An extremely hilarious story for kids, teens and adults of all ages!! Take your kids, your girlfriend or boyfriend, spouse or better yet your entire family!! They will enjoy the film from start to finish!!!

I must say, I enjoyed this movie when I was 8, and still feel the same way right now at the age of 16. This is a movie that the whole family should see! Not only will kids and teens find it funny, adults will find it funny due to some of its adult humor. The film stars "Drake & Josh"'s Josh Peck, "Snow Day"'s Zena Grey, SNL's Nora Dunn, and "Home Alone 3"'s Alex D. Linz in the title role. Again, many kids might not get some of the risqué humor, but the adults will. So, when you're having a family movie night and can't possibly think of a movie, get this one. You'll love it! This film is also very coming of age for most younger viewers, but that won't be too much of an issue with them.

I grew up watching Mr. Bean when I was little on HBO and I LOVE(D) IT!! Still a die-hard fan today. I remember my dad rented this movie for me when I was 6 years old and I cracked up for hours!! This movie also has a great plot involving Mr. Bean going to L.A. to "baby-sit" Whistler's Mother, a well-known painting who has finally returned to America at last for 2 months after his bosses fire him for not doing his job at the Royal National Gallery. I would have to say, if you love Rowan Atkinson and Mr. Bean and have never seen this movie before, I'd say WATCH IT! An excellent movie for the whole family (and friends)!!! A film every Mr. Bean fan should see!!! 10/10: a hilarious movie.
