This film is a timeless classic! The way Gregory Peck performs as Atticus Finch is a masterpiece in acting. The way Robert Duvall performs his character, Arthur "Boo" Radley, just through his eyes is wondrous! How Mary Badman and Phillip Alford portray Scout and Jem Finch are tremendous! The music in the film should have won the Oscar! I really do not know how this film didn't win all of the Awards that year. I watched this film the first time at the age of 6, and I loved it then. Now 30 years later it's my favorite film. The director of the film must have loved the book and it showed! I know one day I will show this film to my kids, and I hope they will also love it.
