Two Doors Down (2016)
Feel good tv
Perfect when you need to chill out. Very watchable, wonderful cast, funny and great characters. A couple of times an episode you also get a real laugh out loud moment.
A future classic.
Chivalry (2022)
Unfunny
Not sure what it wanted to do, wasn't funny or edgy or interesting. Steve is a brilliant performer but unless he's writing with someone funny he falls flat sadly. Just seemed a bit tired.
Doctor Who (2005)
Sometimes exceptional
Just rewatching it all, the Christopher Eccleston and David Tennent years are amazing and some of the best tv ive ever watched, seeing it again it seems even better than i remember. Character driven, creative and fun.
Im finding the first series of the Matt Smith years a drag though, the plot washes over me, i dont care about the characters and theres that annoying frantic music all the way through it.
Hoping it improves, I remember watching a couple of the Peter Capaldi ones and liking it again. Not seen the Jodie Whittaker versions though.
One Foot in the Grave (1990)
Even funnier than I remember
Ive recently rewatched this having it been on when I was relatively young, the jokes although some are silly are laugh out load funny, its an absolute joy to watch and probably rates as one if the funniest sitcoms I've seen. Its not just about a bloke who moans all the time its a brilliant cast who often steal the show!
It Chapter Two (2019)
Terrible
Starts off interesting enough but then forgoes any character building in favour of boring CGI monsters and zero interaction between the actors. The middle section of the film just meanders in with no clue as to what it's building to. I ended up turning it off as I didn't even care how it ended.
