Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)
Just Don't
Possibly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. From the very first second of the film has its foot on the gas and doesn't let off. The film plays like a bunch of 20min episodes rammed in back to back with individual story arcs every 5min which basically results in it not having one.
I'm only giving it 2 stars because the visuals were okay. Far from the best we've seen in a Marvel Movie but passable.
Save yourself 2 hours and read a 3min synopsis of the whole film and call it a day.
The Matrix Resurrections (2021)
Feels like a Student Film
Perfectly encapsulated everything wrong with cinema today.
As a long time Matrix fan I struggled to finished this movie. It substitutes creativity and style for cheap nostalgia moments that only make the experience worse.
Expect to see this one in the bargain bin at your local drug store in no time.
Masters of the Universe: Revelation: The Power of Grayskull (2021)
I had a good time
As a person with zero attachment to the original show and who's prior knowledge of the show is purely from pop culture this first EP was a lot of fun for me.
The Animation was beautiful and it set up the rest of the season. Pretty interested to see where it goes and what twists and turns it's going to take.
Space Jam: A New Legacy (2021)
Total Disaster
Souless showcase if WB properties. The movie substitutes a plot for parents fan fare on movies/tv shows that aren't even for kids. Mad Max Fury Road, Pennywise from I. T., and Game of Thrones have no place in a Space Jam Movie.
Toss this movie in a fire and watch the original. Your kids will thank you.
Rick and Morty: Mort Dinner Rick Andre (2021)
Perfection
Truly a magnificent episode. Hilarious, well written and a perfect fit for the Rick and Morty universe.
WandaVision: Filmed Before a Live Studio Audience (2021)
Yawn
I fail to see the point of this show after watching the first EP. It was incredibly slow and very boring to watch. I have no plans on continuing to watch it after such a lack luster premier
The Deadliest Lesson (2008)
Truly the deadliest lesson
Feels like I'm watching a high school film project. Everything in this movie is beyond bad
