Same old formula. 1) Some bunch of dumb kids who has to find the alien even if the govt would never. 2) They find it with mobile phones or just while playing and not with manpower or the big tech equipments that govt has. 3) Out of the kids- One has to be good looking (Take no time to guess- Lead). One has to be somewhat bulky who pees his pants on the drop of the hat. One has to be black who would play it TOUGH and a girl who would be potential girl friend to the Lead and would come out of nowhere. 4) They sends the alien back HOME. 5) Govt. Sucks. 6) Humanity Wins. 7) Movie Sucks. Better watch ET again. At least it was much realistic than this piece of Cral. Why Hollywood make these "Saving Unknown Alien" type movies? It is high time they stopped and rather focused on better Sci-Fi. Do not watch. Wasted my Time

First of all- tell me what gave you the idea of making such a brilliant movie in such a form? It was like copying from a book in exam with no sense of justice to what you are writing and altering the lines in the most weird and obnoxious way. This movie keel over a lots of things including the script. At one point you would wonder what is so different about this movie that you decided to watch it and then you will realize- it was just to praise the original even more after watching it. Even the director knew this movie is going to be a bomb and he made it just because people can watch the original and praise it even more. From every way this movie is unequivocal to drabness. While you are at it, they try to show you the most important part of the original like the hammer-action scene which took Chon min sik around 20 shots to complete it perfectly but here you would get the feeling like they did it out of hurry in 1 and 1/2 shot because Josh Brolin or may be Spike Lee needed to visit the Toilet. The twist sucks. Sharlto Copley who impressed us all in District 9 triple sucks here after he double sucked in Elysium with his too weird accent which sounded more like a comic relief and less like a deadly villain. BOYKIE YOU WARE DAED. WA AM GOING TO RWIP YOOUR HAED OFF. Man, that sounds too funny to me. Well expect nothing like a difference here and don't you dare to watch this. Try forgetting that a remake for such masterpiece was ever made in this lifetime of yours.

Watched it and felt the need to cry. The way MithunDa portrayed an illiterate poor farmer from a village who is struggling hard for his son's future and to repair the roof of his hut and having the dream of buying a bicycle for him. Not only his acting but his eyes speaks more than his dialogs and body language. You can't stare his eyes without crying. The expectation of a nice future, the expectation to have things on right path. I think there are handful of actors in India who can act through their eyes too and MithunDa tops the list. From the beginning to the end, how a poor farmer is messed up in a theft which shakes the whole country. I cried a lot for him and his family even if it was fiction because the portrayal of each and every character was real. LOVED IT. A Must watch for every movie lovers and especially acting lovers.

If you want to get the feeling of a Connected Anthology Hollywood movie like "21 Grams", then David is your thing. It is only a curse to such Director like Bejoy that good creations and movies doesn't get enough attention and somewhere the Indian moviegoers have pushed them backwards. David is just a brilliant piece and very bravely directed. It is not easy to hold the audience through 3 stories of 3 Davids of 3 different Eras. The best thing about this movie is the last few minutes when it ends. I won't write any spoiler and I hope every movie lovers watch it and appreciate it. Hats of to Bejoy Nambiar. From the very beginning it keeps your attention connected. Neil Nitin Mukesh just have given his career's Best Performance and so does others. The slowly uncovering Twists and Plots just leaves you awestruck. The only cons is that this movie moves a bit slowly. The story of Vikram especially proceeds very slow which might make you to skip it but that's where the movie has the final twist. Just watch this piece :)

"What a Waste of Time, What a Waste of Movie, What a Waste of Acting." I regret my decision that I watched this movie. Minus the Crew- After this movie is done, you will be left cursing two persons- 1. The Director. 2. The Stunt Director. Director seems to be overexcited in creating this movie thinking that audiences likes such ridiculous actions and the stunt director has a nice sense of humor who must have failed every year in Physics. Hats off to Vivek Oberoi for another Worst Performance. I wonder how that guy pulls up such dead expressions on screen and calls himself an actor! Paresh Rawal is completely Wasted. Sanjay Dutt is like nobody gives a damn to him again. Only Arshad Warsi tries a bit to impress all but in the end it is the whole group who fails. You will be bored seeing in redundancy how each and every member of Vivek's family keep dying and his red eyes filled with revenge until next day he is seen riding a Rajdoot or walking ostentatiously with no sense of realism. Also I have a severe doubt- Which news channel shows a gang leader walking with style? The whole movie was misplaced and whole audience was misunderstood by each and every crew of this film.
