Night Sky (2022)
What? No more??
This was a slow burn series.
Don't start it because there isn't any ending. Idiot executives nixed any more story, just when it was getting good towards the end of Season 1. Sad.
JK Simmons and Sissy - fantastic actors in their own right - did a wonderful job acting in this series.
Left a lot of material that would have been wonderful to see IF this series wasn't cancelled 😞.
If one does want to view season 1, however, it's very good. I have this a 6 stars. Because (again) series ends just when it's getting really, really good!
Watch this if you are into SciFi, good acting by several wonderful people.

Whoa
If you're the person reading this review that is a novice to shock and awe horror films, this may be a good movie to watch. Just not at nighttime.
Scary, a little weird, zero thinking involved while watching it. For experts in horror, move on. Not anywhere near the expected typical "horror".
Keep watching this movie even half way through if you think it's worth it in the first 10 minutes. If not, move on. I would not want you to waste your time.
There are other movies that contain more depth elements of a true horror film. The director truly tries to make this film amongst those movies. In my personal experience, this film slightly falls short of a true psychological thriller.
Horizon Line (2020)
Gave it a 2 start for comedy
This movie is just perfect for anyone that lives below the mason/Dixon line. Idiots made this movie and this is made for them. Good grief! Original act of this movie has nothing to do with the rest of the plot. Speaking of plot, there is none.
If you want to watch anything during a weekend or a boring stay at home work when there is nothing to do but listen to countless hours of teleconferences, watch this movie. It'll cheer you up! Thanks.
Sister Swap: Christmas in the City (2021)
Meh
Snow doesn't look as real as other Hallmark Channel movies. Potato "snow" not working. Projector is the mainstay of this movie, not the acting. I'd give it a 1 star...but this is a typical (and I mean VERY typical) B rated Hallmark Channel movie with even lower rated actors/actresses.
Inside Man: Most Wanted (2019)
Pretty good!
No spoilers here. A sequel can be better or worse than the original. This movie is worth watching with the original. Why? It is relatively well made. Filmed in South Africa. Don't expect a Densel type experience of the 2006 original. But, give this one a try. It's decent and wait until the end.
The Chair (2021)
Cheerful!
This is a great series of professors that are actual humans. I am one of them in the past. Don't think too much. Watch and don't judge the characters.
The Boss Baby: Family Business (2021)
Worse than advertised
This is one of the worst sequel ever made. Watched it with young kids. Only one scene with a laugh. Horrible story, acting, and oh did I mention the story? I am a big fan of animated movies. This one just won a an award of worst movie ever made. If you want your kids to go to bed, put it on and there'll be zzzzz in 10 mins.
The Girl on the Train (2021)
The book was worth reading. Movie adaptation from a Hindi perspective- horrible
Don't waste your time. Read the book and if you want, watch the original movie. Book well written. Original movie was okay. This Indian version of the book...better to watch paint dry in 99% humidity.
Bombay Begums (2021)
Realism in Indian subcontinent
For anyone looking for true, real, very well known hatred towards women in India this is one of the best series I have ever seen. Depiction of anti-women culture that has existed in India (and also several countries across Asia) is well acted in this series.
Anyone whom has posted <1 review needs to look themselves in the mirror. Look at their family. Look at their friends. Brothers. Sisters. Asia is the epitome of "hush".
To the Indian Government banning this in their own country: shame on you.
Mulan (2020)
Beautiful
For anyone who has not seen this film without serious thought, please watch it in from a standpoint of a father. It's more about love of a child than anything else. I personally am not a fan of movies such as this (Disney). Kids of all ages will love it.
For the "negative" reviews, I will be (as a parent) a positive and a realistic critic of this movie.
It's beautiful.
Be calm, truthful and safe during this pandemic.
Da 5 Bloods (2020)
What can I add to this?
Absolutely nothing. Raw, emotional, true (unfortunately) for our times and Spike Lee deserves an Oscar for this well done movie. Visionary. I was personally disturbed by some of the scenes. If one is not, then you don't care about people. Black Lives Matter.
John Henry (2020)
What??
Tons of foul language for have no reason to contain in this movie. Not a comedy by Terry Cruise at all. Makes no sense. While I like him as an actor this movie tries too hard to be a monster type film. Don't recommend to watch.
Ad Astra (2019)
Worst space movie ever
If anyone has an interest in space, science, astronomy, astrophysics then watching this movie will increase your heart rate and blood pressure beyond imagination. Where do I start? The space science is horribly inaccurate. Acting is suspect at best. But the director and producer need to never make a space movie ever again! And anyone that has comments on father/son relationship in this movie is delusional (much akin to the plot of the film).
Nacho Libre (2006)
"I don't believe in God, I believe in science". "Eh, take it easy!".
Honestly, if anyone doesn't like this classic masterpiece of satire then please don't waste your time watching this movie.
"It's the best!". "Encarnacion!". Please feel free to add to my comments if you are a fan. Quotes.
"I've had diarrhea since Easters".
Us (2019)
Not a true horror movie
The actors are fantastic with amazing work within their other movies. If you think this is a true "horror" movie, watch "Child's play ", or any other movie in that genre. I find this lighthearted and somewhat comical. Not a bad movie. But this is not an "R" rated movie by any means. Politics in this country are "R" rated. This movie is okay for any child over the age of 10 in my opinion.
Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018)
Best one ever!
No spoilers here. Me and my family have seen all of the MI movies (many of them several times over). This one is may be the best one yet in the franchise. Plot is fantastic. Tom Cruise has taken this movie on a level above even his own character level. His charisma and the well written/directed script is a book I would read. A must see movie whom are fans of Tom Clancy novels.
