Elle proves she's adept at comedy as well as singing
4 January 2023
The video for the song "Drunk (And I Don't Wanna Go Home) is the perfect companion for the very catchy tune. In it, Elle and Miranda Lambert get to play some very down-home and fairly questionable ladies attending Elle's wedding. Miranda plays a kind of tart of a woman with big country hair and the personality to match. Thanks to some high-octane booze being added to the punch bowl at the reception, the entire guest list gets hammered. Both Elle and Miranda ham it up for all it is worth to make this one of the funniest music videos ever. The two also have very similar voices that blend well together which hopefully will make them consider duetting again in the future.

Fun Take on the Sitcom
15 October 2022
She-Hulk is Marvels attempt at a sitcom, and they achieved their goal. The show is a light and breezy half hour of laughs based a top of a strong cast. I don't think that the haters have ever seen a She-Hulk comic. For the record they are generally like this sitcom, including using fourth wall breaking bits to good comedic effect. The series is really about a female lawyer who just happens to be a superhero, instead of being the other way around. The best comedic bits are those with Titania and Smart Hulk. The Abomination serves a place in the series but isn't going to be on anyone's best character list.

The addition of Daredevil was needed to help bring a proper relationship into the main character's life and the chemistry between Tatiana and Charlie Cox is the #1 reason I want to see this show return for another season.

The Lost Saucer (1975–1976)

Mindless fun for small kids.
23 December 2012
I loved this show as a little kid. The humor was clearly designed for young children, so anyone viewing episodes now on YouTube might find the show dumb. As a kid, the show was nice escapist fantasy for me. I used to wish I could go on their adventures with them and finally see what's in the back rooms of the saucer. The silly humor added to the show's appeal, and I think that comedians Ruth Buzzi and Jim Nabors were the perfect choices for the androids with their bright sunshiny optimism, which is in sharp contrast to today's surprisingly darker characters that you find in a children's program. They also chose a catchy tune for the theme song, which I like to this day.
