Star Wars: The Bad Batch (2021)
Boring, predicable, repedative..
There doesn't seem to be a main storyline here other than a bunch of rebels babysitting a teenager that's constantly getting into trouble. Is Omega a Jedi? I cant tell because so far there is no storyline progress in that direction.
The characters have no demeaning qualities and are predicable and boring.
I'll pass on rest of season. Maybe check it out in S2 see if the writers put any effort into the story?
Godzilla vs. Kong (2021)
Same old Hollywood formula
I had high hopes for this movie! Sadly once again I am disappointed. Another predictable Hollywood blockbuster full of great CGI and action but plot holes galore, story arches that have no bases in reality but require little effort and creativity to solve in writing and so are throw in as a convenient solution/explanation in the movie hoping the viewer will gorge themselves on the CGI visuals and action instead.
Why do Hollywood writers always feel the need to add a bumbling goofy character with the bad jokes in the face of terrifying danger in all their blockbusters.
In a nutshell. Great CGI, Decent action, poor writing, many plot holes, weak plot, felt rushed! = Another typical Hollywood cookie cutter film.

The Walking Dead (2010)
Season Ten is a yawnfest!
Wow has this series really just lost all creativity. I guess ten season into it they're out of ideas! Each episode is profiling a character or two. Alot of verbal drama and not much action and if that wasn't bad enough then you get to sit through a ten minute recap of the episode explained by a crew member! ...More filler. I'm sure you could watch the last episode of this season and see the whole plot of the season unfold to try and set up a reason to watch the next season! Another thing I'd like them to explain to me. How can the slow, clumsy undead kill all the fast moving, nimble forest animals? Convenient plot holes has replaced creative story telling in season ten!
WandaVision (2021)
Too much filler not enough plot!
Seeing as each episode is around 35mins long I'm finding there is 25 mins of useless banter coupled with that terrible canned laughter track with only about a maximum of maybe 10mins of actual plot per episode!
Having said that when the plot actually does happen to enfold I find it mysterious and entertaining. I hope the writers decide to make the episode more about the actual plot than the terrible wannabe sitcom fluff that takes up most of the show as is the case three episodes in?
Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Disappointing!
Just disappointing! Weak plot, Holes in plot, one scene has papers hanging out of suitcase, then next shot not hanging out, groceries in guys hand one scene, next one no groceries anywhere in scene ...just disappointing!
Love Fraud (2020)
Story ruined by terrible editing!
Instead of telling these woman's terrible experience with this conman in a normal documentary style the producer decides to get cute by over editing, slowing it down with long pauses and even throwing in goofy animation style graphics. I lasted 15mins. Terribly put together.
Hannibal (2013)
A 4 dressed up as a 9
I had high hopes! HUGE Hannibal fan but this show despite decent acting and good production values relies to much on fancy murder scenes that are staged like world class art that would take a team of artist a couple of days to construct somehow one man does it without ever being seen, not to mention the overly artsy camera angles. Not every scene needs to be a masterpiece in cinematography. It makes me feel like the producers are trying too hard to deliver a story beyond just the script and actors.
In the end, halfway through the second season even a laymen like me would see that the killer was Hannibal but yet everyone is fooled except Will Graham and despite his best efforts to convince ppl of the true killer no ones listens and of course that has to happen. How else can you extend the series another season! ...I think if they kept it at a two season mini series it would have been alot better. As is, it's a water down version of the movie!
Capone (2020)
Larger than life Capone reduced to a confused old man!
This movie is closer to a zombie movie then a gangster movie! Why oh why would the producer decide to make a movie of the larger than life, notorious, gangster Al Capone as a confused old man with dementia, stumbling and mumbling, slowly from scene to scene instead of the life we all know him for is just beyond any comprehension to me!
The Orville (2017)
Has promise but too much relationship mumbo jumbo
As the title says the first couple episodes had a decent plot among the character development but quickly it turned into a Seth MacFarlane soap opera! Him and his ex run the ship! And yep its couple issue after couple issue and not much else happening.
If this show's writers (looking at you Seth) would get back to making a decent trouble shooting plot and even one that runs a few episodes then this show has potential. If its gong to be more of a Star ship Soap Opera as it is now then I'll pass.
