The one redeeming virtue
10 April 2022
The actors tried, they really did, but it was badly cast, the writing was so-so. The one redeeming virtue in this film is the only dramatization of Sir Gawain and the Loathly Lady that I've ever seen. This is a wonderful story, and should be made into its own movie. Go read it, and learn something very important -- what is it that women truly want?

This was delightful!

Yep, all the way thro the credits. If you thought you had some bad days, realize that everyone has has one that's worse. Well done, believable, and makes me glad I never had 3 PRESCHOOLERS at the same time! The Kendricks wrote another winner, reminiscent of the Keystone Kops at points, and reminds us also that everyone had a mom, and we all have stories worth telling and listening to. Even pastors' wives.

Beautifully produced, thoughtful commentary

Thought-provoking, and dense with images and discoveries, this exposes many of the hollow ideas now implanted and relentlessly promoted in our society. Any honest educational system would provide all sides of the story, and let the individual discover for themselves what is believable and what is not. Thanks, Gary Bates, for putting this together.
