Les Misérables
(2018–2019)
Wonderful adaptation!
24 April 2019
Andrew Davies has done it again. He's one of the best screenwriters to adapt classic novels to film. If you enjoy the musical, then you'll like this too. Just ignore those reviewers who cannot get past the colorblind casting. They probably wouldn't like Hamilton either.
Another wonderful story!

What Timeless has done so well this season, in particular focusing on underrepresented historical figures of women and people of color, was even better in The Day Reagan Was Shot. This episode focused on Agent Denise Christopher, played in the present timeline by Sakina Jeffrey, and in the past by Karen David. Christopher is of Indian descent and has a wife and two children. Her backstory was brilliantly told, while not falling into typical TV writing about LGBT characters. The writers have done a wonderful job telling important stories this season! I just wish we had more than the 2 hour season finale left.
The Suffragette Movement
30 April 2018
Timeless just keeps getting better and better with each new episode! "Mrs. Sherlock Holmes" teaches viewers about the American suffrage movement and Grace Humiston, aka Mrs. Sherlock Holmes, in one very well crafted episode. If you like intelligent programs with history, adventure and some romance mixed in, check out Timeless!
Wow, just wow!!

Best episode yet!!
26 March 2018
This was the penultimate episode of Timeless to date, IMHO. Abigail Spencer displayed her amazing vocal chops, Malcolm Barrett was hilarious as usual, we learned more about Hedy Lamarr and Citizen Kane, and the Lyatt ship finally sailed, and more! So much was packed in this elegant, romantic, funny, and dramatic episode that I need to watch it again to see what I missed!!
Amazing 2nd season premiere!
12 March 2018
The creative team behind Timeless delivered an amazing story and the Time Team delivered with tremendous performances. As always, I learned more about Marie and Irene Curie in this episode. If you're a fan of history, action, and time travel, check out this fabulous show!
