I'm giving this a 2 star because basically for some reason I didn't turn it off . I watched on the back of a couple of goor reviews on a Facebook page but O shoukd have gone with my instincts . Literally nothing happens until the last 15 minutes and then your like why ? Characters are not likeable and as a parent myself it makes you dislike the parents in the film even more . Like anyone would let them do that to there own child without so much as a fight . The mother had slightly more fight . This will probably get a cult following , hence the over 6 rating , but do not listen to them because you won't get those 2 hours back.

I went into this without reading any reviews . I was expecting to come on here and probably see maybe a 4.9 at most . I'm a massive horror fan but this film is just stupid . No real back story , no real story altogether really . Without going into spoilers if you are going to watch it , the way they die is so stupid and some of the things they had to do really just wouldn't happen . Can't believe some reviews saying it's brilliant or underrated . Now I've seen these reviews I would say it's overrated. Maybe worth a watch if you literally can't find anything else or want a laugh but I wouldn't waste my time tbh .

Not sure how this gets such a high rating ? It's far too long . The first hour might aswell not have happened as it's slow , boring and no idea what was going on . It does get a little better after that but the storyline is poor and if I hadn't watched it in 3D I probably would of walked out of the cinema for the first time ever. The film could easily have been made in 2 hours . Even the kids agreed they had no clue what was going on in the first hour . Maybe it gets good reviews because of the 3D aspect but I will never watch it again , I wouldn't bother watching it in 2D at all as it's not a great film.

No need for the 11th random episode . Don't know how it's got the highest rating . It was boring and didn't go along with the rest of the story . First 15 minutes is a cartoon .

After reading the reviews and watching trailer I decided to give it a go . I really don't understand the bad reviews as there's far worse series that are rated higher which Arnt as good and I'm very selective to what I watch . Yes you could compare it to lost but far more sinister . Only things I could pick fault were yes the acting at times isn't great and also where on earth do they get there food from or electric and gas . Someone's going to end up with s large bill if they do get out 😂

I think it scored so low (6.2) is because people were expecting a comedy , it's not , it's a drama , it's meant to be different and show a different story and aimed at a higher age group . Go into it expecting it to be like this and you will enjoy it.

Do not waste your time . Nothing happens at all . Don't know why I watched until the end . One of the worst films I've ever watched, even the acting was a little strange but I think it was made that way.

If your a fan of the karate kid it's better than the reviews say . Has to defend his title against the bad boy of karate . Classic nostalgic film you can watch again and again .

I watched this based on the pretty good reviews . The film is boring and quite long . Not a lot happens until the end . The supposedly dark humour didn't happen for me .

This film is not amazing but not bad . I quite enjoyed it tbh as it was just madness what was going on at times . Only reason of not scoring higher is that some of the acting isn't great but if you can look past that it's a good watch .

Kind of confusing as to what's going on. The ending is terrible aswell , I was like what the hell! It was as if it was part 1 of a series . I hope they don't make a second 1. Why do they make such tripe!!

What the hell is this? One of the weirdest films I've seen . I suppose it could be compared to the wicker man . Rather boring mostly, not scary but a couple of unsettling moments . Goes on to long aswell

Don't really understand all the amazing reviews . I wouldn't say it's scary at all apart from about 3 jumpy bits which of course work well in the cinema . As a massive fan of the original I suppose it could never compare . There is bits missed out aswell but it's still to long . Very nearly fell asleep . Not the worst film you will see but by far from the best . Don't believe the hype .

Don't get why anyone rates this highley , didn't get it at all , not scary just weird . I'm a big fan of the horror genre and it's not very often I turn off a movie . But this was garbage

I love a good drama and after reading the good reviews was looking foward to this . But nothing really happens , and the end is a bit boring to .

I read a lot of negative reviews but thought I'd give it a try . I think the negative reviews are because they don't understand it . It's actually a very good horror and messes with your head a bit , if you don't get it first time watch it again
