Late one night, I had the chance to catch this play. I never saw the entire PBS production. Still, I was captured by the fanciful atmosphere and very much intrigued by the puppetry. I would love to see this brought to DVD. I've been searching for it for years and I'm surprised that it's not available.

Tourist Trap
(1979)
Creepy Entertainment
13 December 2003
I saw Tourist Trap many years ago, on a late night movie (channel 9). I never knew what was coming. This made the movie all the more enjoyable. I've always liked Chuck Connors. The beginning scene, with Woody, catches your attention. The end scene adds an eerie twist you don't see coming. Along with the haunting musical score, an engaging performance by Jocelyn Jones, and creepy, shadowy background, I was thoroughly entertained. I was reminded of the stories in the Warren Publication magazines of the time. I'm glad I could add the DVD to my collection. It remains one of my favorite movies.
