This is a Must Have DVD For Any Music Fan.
28 July 2004
On July 8, 2003 when I walked out of Madison Square Garden I swore that my face was officially rocked off. Man what a show. I do not think the band could have been any better.

When I first heard about the "Live at the Garden" I was overcome with great anticipation of what was to come.

This double DVD lives up to its billing. "Live at the Garden" A full show from the greatest band playing at the greatest venue in the greatest city in the world. What else could you want. From Love Boat Captain all the way through Yellow Ledbetter the boys show why their fans continually come again, and again, and again to their shows. Some of the highlights for me are Daughter w/ Ben Harper singing 'With My Two Hands" to Crown of Thorns & Breath. Then Eddie and Ben Harper doing a duet on Indifference, which was simply amazing.

The bonus features just throw this DVD over the top: Eddie performing "Throw Your Arms Around Me" with Mark Seymour in Australia is great. Eddie performing Dead Man (showing fans why they should come in and see the opener at Pearl Jam show because he performs a song before the opening act) is also very good. The montage for the song "Down" (which has become one of my all-time favorites) is not to be missed either.

So if you are a Pearl Jam or Music fan and do not own this DVD, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? It is really that good.

This is a Peal Jam Fan's Dream Concert !!!!!

Picture seeing one of the greatest Rock'n'Roll bands of the past 15 years up close and personal in a small venue called the Showbox. That is what this DVD is about. This is an event a fan can only dream about until know.

Shortly after Pearl Jam's release of "Riot Act" they did a few warm up shows to practice their new material. They decided to play a small venue in Seattle, WA on December 6, 2002 to get in their practice.

This band has one hell of a stage presence that most bands can only dream of having. This is clear and evident as the boys move through the set which includes old favorites like Off He Goes, Daughter w/ War tag, Rearview Mirror, and of course Yellow Ledbetter. It also includes many tracks off of Riot Act like Love Boat Captain, Thumbing My Way , and Green Di$ease with Eddie wearing the infamous G.W. mask (worth seeing just for this).

This is a great DVD for Pearl Jam fans and fans of great music to enjoy.

Please Play This Movie Loud !!!
27 July 2004
This is a great DVD for Pearl Jam fans and any person that simply loves music. This DVD follows one of the greatest Rock 'n' Roll bands of the past 15 years as they rock the faces off concert goers during the Binaural Tour in the Summer & Fall of 2000.

This DVD is visual proof that Pearl Jam is clearly one of the best live acts of all- time. Highlights from shows throughout the U.S. are shown, and Pearl Jam's

raw energy and power, that attracts their fans to come to their shows again and again and again can be felt by anyone who watches this DVD.

When I got this DVD, I was sooo psyched to see that a show I attended at Jones Beach in Long Island, NY was represented on the DVD. This is still one of my favorite Pearl Jam shows that I have attended to date. I was also doubly glad to see that one of my most memorable moments at Pearl Jam show was

represented too. This is when they sing Daughter with the "Its OK" tag (a song by Dead Moon). This is and such an unbelievable moment. You have to watch

this to be able to feel and understand what I mean.

The features on this DVD are great too. For drummers that want to watch a real pro like Matt Cameron show you why he is one of the best, you need to watch

the "Matt Cam". The Oceans & Do the Evolution videos are also there for the

viewers to enjoy. There are some audio settings as well. Dolby 5.1 surround is available on this DVD for those who have a home theater.

This is a great collection of Pearl Jam footage from various shows throughout there 2000 US tour, it is surely not to be missed. It has some good features too.

Great Documentary Chronicling the making of Yield
27 July 2004
This DVD might not be for all music fans, but is a must for Pearl Jam fans. This DVD allows the viewer to see inside the Pearl Jam studio as the go through the complicated task of recording an album. This DVD was produced by the great

Cameron Crowe (i.e. writer/director of Singles & Almost Famous) . There is

over 40 minutes of performance and interviews. Also you get to see Jack Irons performing with the band before he had to leave the band.

I do believe that this DVD is now out of print, so if you see it buy it now before it is gone forever.
