Krrish 3 (2013)
Overall just so so ....
Movie is not bad its just not that great I expected it to be. They are releasing it 7 years after Krrish so the least thing we expect is no flaw in a storyline or no technical error in a movie since they had vast time to avoid such things. But still its out there with those flaws. Check it out...
1. Viruses are nothing but small nucleic acid fragments like RNAs. They have no cellular protoplasm and can not even be viewed as such like bacteria. The viruses seen(!!) in this movie are nothing but like bacteria with cell wall. Also they are moving !!
2. In reality the antidote for virus infestation is nothing but synthetically or semi synthetically lab made API or in layman's terms active drug which target one or more sites of viral replication process or it may be any vaccine. But the antidote can never be something like DNA or RNA of any person or animal since it can not work like drug in a body. The insertion of foreign DNA in a host DNA is not simple and it is highly complicated. One can not have foreign DNA working in a body by simply inhaling it or by injection.
3. As we all know sun rays are not visible and only help visualize objects upon which they falls. Also when they reflect through mirrors they never alter themselves from their electromagnetic waves into beta particle rich waves like laser beam. But in this movie we see them converting into beta particle waves like laser beam !!
4. 'Kaal' the villain of this movie says "Those who are born can die but when Im not born then I can not die". Really !..then how come he was a baby once and how can he grow old like normal people. If we still consider he cant die then by that theory test tube babies and genetically modified animals should not die as well. But genetically modified subjects have died so again theory is disproved.
Chennai Express (2013)
And there goes another generation !!
Well I have no words..not a single..to describe what I felt after watching it ! Now I think India's sense of humor has dropped so low that they can digest any bull#@$! these bollywood movies present them as a "comedy". I mean Hera Pheri was a comedy, Phir Hera Phery was pretty good, golmaal and golmaal 2 were also good but Chennai Express has very few genuine comedy scenes on which I laughed otherwise if people are admiring the movie for so called love story between Shahrukh and Deepika then they are just fooling around cause that is just a typical Hindi romance which we can see in every other movie today in market which come and go. One thing is sure that people still love Khans and Kapoors even if they (sometimes) works in such crappy movies.Lastly Deepika's acting was good and descent.
Tukaram (2012)
Good movie, convincing acting.
Tukaram is really nice film and all the credit goes to Jitendra Joshi, He has done very convincing acting and has succeeded in portraying Saint Tukaram. Songs are nice as well but could be better. Full marks to editing and casting though and movie has the potential to take you back to old times. Talking about other actors then there is no scope to point out any mistakes in casting and since the movie revolves around life of Saint Tukaram then other things does not matter that much. Direction is exceptionally good. Since the genre of this movie is Biography the movie seems to be made while keeping that in mind and hence there is neither unnecessary Drama or Surprises nor any loud acting and more time is given to cover up the real story of Saint Tukaram and produce detailed environment of that old time. So if you want to know real life of Saint Tukaram watch this movie. However I was expecting to listen more 'Abhangas' made by Saint Tukaram so I was less than satisfied in that area.
Kaksparsh (2012)
Story line of Kaksparsh .
'Kaksparsh' literally meaning 'touch of the crow'. In Hindu religion after the cremation, a small bolus of cooked rice is kept at the riverside and relatives of dead person requests nearby crows to touch the bolus by beak and once crow does so it is considered that the soul of dead person is in peace. It is a movie which revolves around the life of Uma. Uma marries to Mahadev in her teenage but due to incurable disease Mahadev dies before this couple can know each other well. Uma is still young and virgin but innocent girl and her social as well as emotional world is stirred completely. As the time passes her life starts getting hell little by external forces but more by her internal unsatisfied physical urges. Hari, an elder and married brother of Mahadev is taking care of Uma and he is aware of Uma's state of mind but can not tell her to remarry or himself can not marry her when his own wife dies at one stage. Uma later on starts becoming depressed but is naive and helpless and becomes tacit. Uma has physical affection towards Hari, the affection even Hari knows and despite of continued force about marrying to Uma from his old aunt Hari neglects it. At last Hari stops talking to Uma when he encounters Uma quietly but greedily listening to his son and his new wife's personal chats in their bedroom. After a while Uma becomes ill and bedridden. Hari finally agrees to start talking to Uma looking at her serious condition and confesses her why he was so strict about her issue of remarriage and tells her the story of Mahadev's Kaksparsh which he agreed to Mahadev at the time of that ritual not to publicize at any point of his life to any one but circumstances forces him to disclose it to Uma and just after that Uma dies when Hari finally agrees to marry her and promises her to end her miserable life. Kaksparsh is a movie which explains the personal life of a helpless widow.
