Awesome season 1 and 2 - the other seasons are just okay

Season 1 deserves a 10 star rating in my opinion. Loved the 2nd season as well. Afterwards, it's just an okay show but since I fell in love with (some of) the characters I just had to continue watching it till the end. Overall, I think they focused on too many other things like Whitney's story, also Joanie's in the future. It didn't catch my attention, at times I found it quite boring and unnecessary. In later seasons, the parts that were told from Noah's and Helen's perspective were by far the most interesting ones.

Good show with a brilliant season 1 and 2 but sadly with a lot of flaws in later seasons.

The whole first season of Broen is great! This episode, however, blew my mind. Television does not get any better than this. Fantastic!!!

The Nun (2018)

Decent film with great atmosphere!

Yes, the movie isn't perfect. However, it does not deserve the hate it's getting from some people. What were you expecting? I was expecting a dark film with a great, creepy atmosphere, the nun appearing here and there in hallways, corners etc....and that's exactly what I got. The plot really isn't that great, almost ridiculous at times, but I liked the characters and especially the beautiful scenery and setting!! It is not nearly as good as Conjuring 1 or 2 (nor did I expect it to be!) but I liked it much better than Annabelle (first one - second one "Creation" was great!).

Awake (2007)

Story line? Very disappointing !

I watched this movie because it sounded really interesting to me but it is NOT! This movie disappointed me. The story line is bad, the acting is really bad as well. The rating on here is way too high in my opinion. Watching the movie was a waste of time. I cannot understand how some people actually enjoyed it and give it a 10/10 rating. The beginning of the movie was OK (although nothing interesting happened) but as soon as the surgery starts I was like "Seriously!!!??" because it was that bad. The voice-over when they start to operate on him...just ridiculous...gotta be one of the worst scenes I've ever seen.

Kind of hard to stay 'awake' during the whole movie, it's boring. No suspense at all. Hayden Christensen and Jessica Alba are both awful, they simply cannot act.

Disappointing.

Cold Prey 2 (2008)

Good sequel!!

Fritt Vilt really impressed me so I decided to watch the second part as well. Sequels disappoint me all the time so I kept my expectations low.

I was surprised! Fritt Vilt 2 did NOT disappoint me at all. I think it's a very good sequel. I liked the first part better but this movie is also worth watching.

I loved how it picks up exactly where the last one left off. The atmosphere in the movie is very dark and tense, there is no dull moment. It's entertaining and gripping from beginning to end.

What I liked a lot in the movie is that the audience gets some information about the killer, we see interesting parts of his back story.

7/10. Great sequel!

Cold Prey (2006)

Loved it!

FRITT VILT, one of my favorite new slasher movies. The plot is simple, nothing special and sort of predictable but that's typical for slasher movies.

The movie is very entertaining, it does start a bit slow but it makes up for that. You won't feel bored. The cast is good, too. I especially liked Jannicke (Ingrid Bolsø Berdal), she is such a strong and smart character.

The movie is very suspenseful despite the fact that it's kinda predictable. I loved the setting and the atmosphere. Some parts are really creepy, the killer is really creepy too in my opinion.

I enjoyed this movie very much. It's definitely worth watching! 8/10

Pathology (2008)

Good movie - fun to watch!

This movie definitely surpassed my expectations. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. I think Pathology is a good movie, I enjoyed watching it even though the plot is really sick. The movie does not have the best story, it is kind of predictable and not very realistic but still the movie is entertaining and it has a somewhat creepy atmosphere, you won't feel bored.

The current IMDb rating for this movie (5.8) is too low in my opinion. This movie might not be brilliant but it's better than 'average'.

It's fun to watch if you don't take it too seriously.

It's worth watching!

The Butterfly Effect (2004)

Just...WOW!!

Great story! Interesting characters! Really good acting! The Butterfly Effect is a movie I can watch again and again and it won't get boring. It's one of a kind, I cannot compare it to another movie because it's different and unique.

The movie is very suspenseful and watching it will be a roller-coaster of emotions. There are sad parts, terrifying parts, sweet parts even some funny parts in the movie.

I recommended Butterfly Effect to my friends and everyone loved it.

Butterfly Effect: AWESOME(!!!) movie from beginning to end!

The Ring (2002)

Great, suspenseful horror film!

I have watched this movie several times now and I still love it. I want to mention that I have not watched the original version "Ringu" yet.

"The Ring" is very suspenseful. A good story but for me it's the characters that make this movie so very good. Especially the little boy Aiden (David Dorfman), he is so creepy, so much. Great acting! Naomi Watts plays the mother's role very believable in my opinion, a very passionate character who tries everything to save her son.

The videotape is very disturbing. This may sound odd but I think the oval-shaped mirror is one of the scariest things I've seen in movies.

Samara's story is an interesting one. You want to know what happened to that little girl, why is she doing what she is doing? ....and at the end you don't know whether to call her offender or victim.

The Notebook (2004)

So touching!

I'm not into romance movies at all, I find them to be too predictable and often just plain boring but I LOVED this movie! I didn't want to watch it at first because I thought it would just be another typical romance movie but now I'm glad I changed my mind and finally watched it!

...and I cried like a baby! I have never cried that much over a movie in my life.

It's a great love story with amazing characters that you fall in love with immediately. It is full of beautiful and touching scenes.

Get your tissues ready, cuddle up with your loved one and watch this wonderful movie!
