A Beautifully shot film with Huge Ball shrinking footage of real-time old school warfare. The editing and sound are just superb and set this documentary apart from most Good Storyville productions and any other productions for that matter. A must see with a litereral performance of the a lifetime from Colonel Mamadou. WATCH IT

I am a huge fan of valley of violence and VHS so what happened here is beyond me. I'm actually lost for words I cant explain what is so bad with this film as there is nothing good about it........ Horror movies are awesome and the ones that frighten you and make you sit at funny angles are worth they're weight in gold.There's a lot of rubbish out there believe me I've watched them all, I just cant help myself no matter how bad. Because of this that makes me a bit of an expert. So when I tell you ya must see it ........ Get on it. The characters are excellent the acting is quality I was sat at a funny angle for the second half. Not saying the build up was not up to scratch because it was it gets the horror going really well. I was forever stopping the movie and rewinding to see if anything was going on in the background. Deserves to be up there with The Blair Witch, Rec, Cloverfield and Evidence. All Fantastic FF horror in they're own right. A Must See for True Horror fans. 3:)

Honestly , some Ace ideas but the writers just got carried away and lost the authenticity. Call me picky but found footage films are ten a penny and I thought this was gonna blow my mind but it just got stupid, some of the characters reactions were just shite. Its a shame because there are some genuine truly frightening moments, The scene where they knock the exit doors open to find another corridor (instead of the outside) was a proper head F**K. But then its riddled with stupid dumb reactions, REALLY if you found yourself stuck in this mental asylum would you honestly be able to sleep never mind wanting to!!! And what about when the girl wakes up with HELLO torn into her bare back! Great idea BUT she basically took it in her stride YEAH RIGHT. GREAT ideas totally fake shite reactions. Ruined it for me. I don't even want to start my issues with the sequel. Could've been a classic
