Black Widow (2021)
10/10
There is literally nothing bad I can say about this movie
16 July 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This movie was fun to watch, had a great sense of humor (as expected) and gave us a lot of Black Widow's background.

In my opinion the origin story is not of Natasha but of Yelena. If seems as if Yelena will take Natasha's place and they made a great introductory to her character. It seems that the next Black Widow movie/introduction Yelena will lead.

Ginny & Georgia (2021– )
8/10
Let me write a real review, since it got bombarded by Taylor Swift's fans
1 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Let me just get it out of the way - the joke about Taylor swift was very misplaced and unecessary. When I heard it I just shook my head - Taylor Swift is allowed to do whatever she wants with her personal life and write as many songs about her relationship experiences.

Now to the real review. I gave it an 8 out of 10 because I loved this show, it was funny, dramatic, had a lot of interesting issues that it touched like self harm, abuse, extortion, survival, race, adolescence and more. It has a great story that portraits the relationship between a very young mother and her teenage daughter in one hand, and the struggle they both had and still have in another hand.

So why not a perfect score? Ginny is not a very likable character to me. {It seems as if she thinks she is more mature than her mother but it's not true at all. The way she treats her mother is very upsetting in my opinion, she blames her mother with every single decision she makes without taking much responsibility. (I know her mother is far from perfect, but it doesn't excuse half of the things she blames her mother for). The relationship between Marcus and Ginny is very weird. A 15 year old who just barely had her first kiss all of the sudden have sex with the teenage kid next door after he broke into her room using the window. I mean, what? Marcus was very cliche especially in the beginning. Being the sassy bad boy that wasn't really a boyfriend material but all because he had a hard past is very common (especially in the erotica jenre in books and movies if you know what I mean.

The opression olympics scene between Ginny and Hunter was very powerful in my opinion. As someone who is a woman, jewish, and gay whom had it's family issues I understand that argueing who had it worse is not a good solution. We need to understand and accept that we are all different with our own issues and try to measure who had it worse will not help in making our world (I don't necessarily mean the literal world, but our surroundings) a better place for us.

The ending was very intriguing and I can't wait to see what happens in season 2!

I can describe this conclusion of the show in one word: P.E.R.F.E.C.T

But really. Perfect season, perfect episode, perfect ending. Thank you so much She-Ra's staff and cast for an amazing performance!

Been waiting for this since season 1

Warning: Spoilers
The moment I saw the first episode of the show I had a strong feeling they are going with the comic book story of Harley x Ivy. Although I don't know if it's exactly the way it was in the comics it still is cannon. Ivy sincerely loves Harley and helped her get out of an abusive relationship with the joker. I will not reveal a lot about their romantic relationship but I do hope they will continue with this path.

I do feel sorry for Kiteman though.
