Horrible!!!
29 August 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Nothing like the book, no Xbox gaming in the marketing class, or standing up for her teacher via Donna, her mother's lawyer friend. In the novel, her mother was shot & killed, not in a car accident! The fundraiser was supposed to be for her sick dog! Where was the Vietnam guy she wrote to? This was so disappointing it makes me sick!!!

Why?

Warning: Spoilers
This film was well made. The acting wasn't amazing, but it was good. The most disappointing factor is the ending. I stayed with the film hoping to see at least the aftermath. What happened to her family, did they get the person that eventually attacked their daughter, or what? How did this guy get into her computer in the first place? Didn't anyone think about checking the Ip address of the guy, or if she was being hacked? None of these were addressed in the film, or by the cops only passwords being changed. I found this film extremely disappointing. If you have 80 minutes of your life to waste go ahead, or if you think that maybe by watching this film it will help you to be better informed of what you would do if it happened to you. I definitely would be contacting a professional to check out my computer. A cop in fact.

A pro-life film
9 February 2016
Warning: Spoilers
I don't understand the people who don't get this movie. It is an anti- abortion film. Spoiler alert! The trick or treaters are the demons she faces which are is, herself wanting to end her pregnancy. When they come after her and she fears for her life. She will now do anything to save her baby. Is it a coincidence that the Sheriff's wife lost her baby? Who knows. While, I don't agree with an anti-abortion statement as I am pro- choice this movie would certainly scare a teenager into having a child. In the end, she sees's her child she has chosen to have. It's as simple as that.

I appreciate the scary elements of this film and the imagery.
