Luna Park (2021)
Entertaining, but lacks humour
I see many people comment that they watched the show in dubbed English. On Netflix, you can hear the original voices and just add subtitles. Luna park is entertaining, but it lacks humour. But the acting is convincing and the plot as well. The worst that Netflix can do is to not officially renew the show. There is to much uncertainty after watching season 1 and I do not like to decide myself how it ends. So I will be wating for season 2.
Ulvesommer (2003)
Let the Norwegian wolves live!
I first watched this movie when I was a kid and it was my favorite movie. I watched it several times. The movie is exciting, the acting is good and I find the climbing convincing. Kim is brave and tough girl with strong opinions. She is a good role model for girls who are only taught to be sweet and kind.
Because of this movie I started loving wolves and as an adult I have become a Norwegian wolf fighter (and animal activist). Many shepards in Norway wants wolves eradicated. And some people living in the so-called wolf zone, that openly say they want the wolves to live, have recieved death-threats or violence. So that one of the shepards in the movie is angry is realistic. There are many wolf haters in Norway, but the majority wants the wolves to live.
And unfortunality, many shepards and politicians from the Center Party (formerly the Peasants' Party) work in the Predatory Committee which decides how many wolves are to be shot each year. And Norwegian politicians find killing wolves to reduce the predator conflict. This movie is just as relavant in 2022 as it was in 2003. Let the wolves live!
Den anden verden (2016)
Second time I've watched it
I watched "Den anden verden" first in 2016, and for the second time late
Desember 2019/beginning 2020. I love that the series is about fairytales, theater and the real world vs wonderland. There's much drama and action, and I love it. Will probably watch it again in 15 years.
SPOILERS: It also takes up many important themes, like how bad it's against others to be selfish and self-centered, but that it is possible to develop to become a better person. It also take up how important it is to tell someone you trust (family or friend) that you are in a bad relationship, so they can help you to come out of it. And to remember the few good experiences you shared. "Den anden verden" also takes up how important it is to move forward, and not stay stuck in the past. If you're a widow, you should try to experience new love with someone else. Thats not selfish, but something you deserve. You may also experince that you like the same boy as your sister/friend, but that it's wrong to forbidd your sister/friend from developing a relationship with that boy when the boy also likes your sister/friend. Or at least that you refuses her to experience true love. And make her unhappy. So this series is much more about fairytales and theater, it takes up so many important dilemmas people meet in their everyday life. Pherhaps thats why it's so incredibly good. In addition to the actors being incredibly skilled of course. And music, filming etc.
