I agree that the movie had so much potential but fell so terribly short. It seemed so predictable throughout that nothing was a surprise. There were parts of so many alien movies, it became fun to pick them out. Independence Day, Howard The Duck, Predator, War of the Worlds, etc. If you haven't seen it, but still want to, just remember to pick them out! I had time to kill, so I watched it. I guess that justified it to me, but I would have been upset to have sat through this in a theater. I'm sure that there will be more copycat movies that hopefully learn their lesson and stay away from this recipe. The stars in this one should rethink working with this director again.

This was the worst episode I've ever seen! The story line was poorly conceived as was the acting. The scene where they take the cop killer "out back" was repulsive. I don't think it's any wonder that they last nail was put in their coffin! I used to really like the series and was very disappointed after seeing this one. I'm not sure if there were new writers involved, but even the cast looked unfamiliar with the script. There are so many cop dramas out there, perhaps they were trying to go over the top with this. Whatever they tried to do was a flop. I'm hoping that any other work that the writers get will be better. I know the cast will have no problem getting work.
