This episode reminded me with reading Iman Mersal's book "how to mend" it's for how Shaun reacts to his brother doppelganger and being caught by his subconcious emotions for a trial to prove that the boy won't die. This with the other side of the story for a patient who also happened to be in a trial to mend. Losing his love and also not having his kid beside him with the thought that he didn't like "the work" what is shown later that he just felt "he can't run in his shoes" .. thats great really.. one more good episode
