Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007)
Simply Amazing! David Yates has the touch! Warning Possibly Spoilers!
OK, I went to the midnight showing last night and let me tell you, this movie was freakin awesome! I was expecting more not so following the book story line, but thats far from what I got. They followed the book almost... ALMOST perfectly. There were even plenty of lines straight out of the book. (I know i've read it like 20 times). Imelda Staunton should get an award for her role as Umbridge. If you thought Umbrdige ticked you off and or scared you in the book. She'd make you want to choose Norman Bates in his mothers dress to watch your children than you would her. The battle scenes are awesome. You really get into them and it's just amazing. I'm trying my best not to really to ruin it for anyone. Overall, this movie is by far the best out of all 5 thats been made so far. David Yate's directing was amazing and our favorite Potter Actors have come so far, they've really grown into their roles.
(i put a possible spoiler warning just in case it slipped out, but in my opinion you should already know most about it if you've read the books if you haven't read the books then you're neglecting yourself of reading the greatest story ever told!)
Cinderella III: A Twist in Time (2007)
Outstanding!!
Cinderella III is by far the best Disney movie to be the final chapter in a trilogy. Most of the sequels and "final chapters" never have the chance to hold their own and try to be at least as good as the first, but this movie does it. We see the Stepmother turn more wicked than she was in the first film after she gets the wand. We see which step-sister is actually ugly and wicked. Anastasia's character really shines in this film. Though watching and dealing with Cinderella's newest problem, you also watch, laugh, and cry with Anastasia. You truly see what's in her heart and how she feels. I love the way she progresses and shows that though someone may come from a family of cold black hearts, that one person can still be warm and caring on the inside if given the chance. The Prince is given a new look on how sweet and kind he actually is and why he's "Prince Charming". The mice are lovable as always and almost even more and of course, Cinderella our Heroin... this movie deserves to be watched with an open mind. Yes, go and remember how the original story goes, but do not expect it to be as sugar coated, Cinderella III is for one that everyone will enjoy. When magic's involved... all bets are off.
Nip/Tuck: Quentin Costa (2005)
THAT WAS A RIP OFF...SPOILERS!!!! don't read if you haven't seen and don't wanna know yet!!!
OK that was a rip off...i mean yes it was great writing and all but come on. It was like i was promise a milk shake and got water. Quiten as the Carver? they were telling you that it was him all through the show. You knew it was going to be him. I will admit that it was great they did it that way and made you think it was him so that you think it was someone else. but come on...for something like that it should have been more explosive. like they should have made the carve Julia, or Matt, or at least had to carver to a stand off with Ava you know have her come back and Save the day lol..anyways the good part of the ending was the surprise that The Detective was involved, was Qutiens sister and lover?
