It is some time ago that I have seen that movie but what I still remember is this: I did not enjoy it. Might it be that the watcher of this movie should also suffer like the protagonist or whatever the director's intention was. I nearly could not await the end of the movie. It had nice effects but there was no plot, or at least a plot that could catch my attention. I was bored - perhaps this is how it is in space when you are alone. But I cannot imagine why so many critics and users rated this movie 7 or more. At best it is a movie to pass the time. But it could be that you won't enjoy it. I wonder why such famous actors accepted to be part of this movie, what might have been their reasoning? I hope they could see something I cannot and enjoyed making it!

Real Santa?
7 March 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I like the idea how Santa is integrated into the real world, leaving the North pole idyllic world behind and try to see him as a family father who responsibly leads his company, with the bank and other everyday troubles many of us know well. But I did not like all about it. I think towards the end it would have been better with less violence. And I was surprised to see who played Santa's role.

Far from being worthwhile to be watched
7 March 2021
I tried at least three times to watch this movie, but never made is past 30 minutes, so I only can tell my experience about that. But it was boring, nothing that tried to catch my attention. During the 30 minutes I asked myself if the film I watch really is the same I am now rating, because it seems that many people liked that film. But I cannot understand. I have seen movies in the past that I think are far worse than the average rating here is, but this film is the one with the most extreme deviation. Is there somone making jokes and faked the ratings? As I am now writing this review, I am still surprised about that discrepancy. An I am surprised that well known actors, that I usually think the can act, have gotten into this movie. What did they like about it so that they joined that experiment? As I think most of them already have some money so that they can choose the movies thay act in, I am even more surprised. Is this an expensive extraordinary April Fool's Day hoax? Still wondering...

Movie about a social media stalker
4 April 2018
The plot already says all about the film: An unhinged social media stalker moves to LA and insinuates herself into the life of an Instagram star.

After watching half of the movie I did not want to continue. For me it is not funny. It tries to, but isn't. The plot is flat, quite predictable. Seems to be a story about what happens often since social media got that popular. And I have to admit I usually do not like to see a movie about what I can see all the day around me.

Ordinary life of ordinary family
23 November 2014
Just an ordinary life of an ordinary family - The following is my personal opinion about the film - it might seem extreme in a way to you. For me this is only a film about an usual family that lives its everyday life in a big city, nothing more, nothing special, no exciting dialogs, no outstanding characters, no effects. Why should I go to cinema or watch TV when I can see it all day long at home? I have to admit I did not watch the film to the end - but there was no sign that it might become better till the end. For me a film must show an intention - even if that is only amusement. But here I cannot see what the director or writer wants to tell us.
