Yi jia zhi zhu (2022)
a film about women
I really enjoyed watching it. It's about a self-sacrificing woman. She always considers all her family members more important than herself and still, it seems, she's worried if she's not sacrificing enough. The film depicts how a woman's wrecking herself with sacrifice is considered very normal to everyone and even to the woman herself.
The Laundromat (2019)
Don't waste your time. It's Garbage. Polished Garbage
Those who made this movie deserve jail time for wasting pp's time and trust
El ángel exterminador (1962)
a timeless masterpiece
They are trapped in their world and no one from the outside is able to save them. it doesn't look familiar to most of us, or does it?
for no reason a group of bourgeois friends are unable to leave the salon of a luxury mansion and that's when the servants have already left the house for all kind of reasons. now these high class pp are forced to put aside their 'manners' and deal with reality.
Tian mi mi (1996)
A Delightful Piece of Cinema
Real life has comedy, romance, drama, coincidences,... and complications and this film represents them all.
It hasn't mimicked Hollywood, and perhaps that's why it is Great.
Ritoru foresuto: Natsu/Aki (2014)
I liked it so much
Are you tires of city life? sit back, relax, and watch this movie. it took me several days to get out of the atmosphere of this beautiful movie.
Sunset Blvd. (1950)
A beautiful movie directed by Billy Wilder
One of the most beautiful movies that I've ever seen is "Sunset Boulevard". It is a 1950 Billy Wilder's masterpiece with an all-star cast. This movie is about a silent-screen star, Norma Desmond, who lives in a mansion with her butter. Living in her own world, Norma cannot come to the term with the fact that she is not famous anymore. Her butter, who used to be her husband and director in the years of her reputation, also helps her to be in the illusion that she is still a famous actress by showing her photos that are asked to be signed by her. The stage of being self-absorbed and losing touch with reality is to the extent that even after being charged by the police because of murdering her beloved screenwriter, she still sees everything the way she likes as she makes a speech in front of the police about how happy she is to be in a film again, ending with "All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up"
