Yes I'm biased and grew up playing this game and yes I only saw it because the choices of movies at the theaters are terrible right now and you're probably better off watching Prime or Netflix but I wanted to eat dibs and popcorn not made by me and reserve seats on my phone for once in the last year.

And I had a great time watching this stupid, fun, and unnecessary film because it didn't take itself too seriously and that's exactly what I needed. Come for a movie in a theater and stay for Kano's hilarious performance.

check out Meet the Spartans. When I watched 300 it bothered me because it took itself so seriously and it didn't have much of a story. This doesn't have much of a story either and yes it is a rip off of 300 but it is aware that it is stupid and it is a fun diversion. I'm sure if I was a fan of 300 I would think this movie sucked but since it isn't the case, I have to say I enjoyed the movie with all its stupid humor, advertising within the film, and all the pop culture references. This movie will definitely be very dated later on but for right now its funny. However if you haven't seen 300 and don't watch much TV its really not going to be much fun at all. Most of the humor assumes that you have seen these popular shows like American Idol, Deal or No Deal, & etc. My friend hadn't seen 300 so they didn't appreciate much of the humor. Make sure you at least see 300 first and if you didn't like it you may enjoy this.

OK first off I really love the book and movie ALice and WOnderland so i think that may make me more partial to this movie than people who did not enjoy it since they seem to be very similar. I liked how Black Moon just flowed from place to place and I did not miss the fact that there was, at least from my view no discernible plot. The scenes were there not to tie a story together as much as they were to give u a feeling. for instance i would say the scene in the end with the two children singing while the girl was playing piano was trying to evoke the same feelings u would get from looking at a picture from the Renaisance era.Hell if u had everyone in the shot freeze and told an artist to paint what he saw with the exact lighting and etc it would look like a Renaisance painting. The photography was amazing and really made this movie great. I think that with different photography/lighting i would probably agree with some of the critics of this film that its not too good. However I really liked the whole feel of this movie and understand that it really depends on taste. I didn't care for Amelie simply because I didn't like the lighting and same with the Children of Paradise. Since there is so little plot if any, these two factors (lightting & photography) will probably strongly affect how u feel about this film. in conclusion if your not looking for heavy plot and/or did enjoy Alice In Wonderland or are simply looking for something different give Black Moon a try.

L'Avventura is in my opinion one of the greatest Italian films of all time. You got a film with very little dialogue, however this story is not complicated. The film is told through the images and the sound. The pace of the film isn't fast, however its done so that you can suck in all the subtle things going on in the film. If you are at a museum, you are not going to just speed walk through, you are going to slowly glance at the art and suck it in, to see what the artist is trying to convey or how it makes you feel. Thats what this film reminds me of. If it were paced any faster, it wouldn't be the same at all. However there is so much to suck in that even watching it multiple times, you can still pick up more and more. I can not recommend this film higher. L'Avventura is a must for anyone who can appreciate film art.
