College GameDay (1986– )

Great show, but quit adding people.
3 December 2022
There is no need for 6 people, or even 5. Bring back the original format of 4 people. Pat McAfee is so annoying. More people just create noise and don't add to the show. When Corso retires they will just add more morons like Pat to make noise. Otherwise the show is lots of fun and a great way to decidee what games to watch for the day.

And to the other reviewer, who criticized Lee Corso, quit being an ageist. Corso is the heart of the show. He is funny and has a big heart. Just because he is in his 80's does not mean he cannot contribute. While I think 80's shouldn't be Senators, Congresspeople or Presidents, a 80 year-old sportscaster is perfectly fine.

Finally, ESPN and Fox Sports, quit trying to make College Football like the NFL!

One of the worst shows ever.

Zero originality. Horrible acting. All the adults are idiots who are talked down to by the kids. And the laugh track is there because there is nothing to laugh at.

Very good "science" fiction.
12 November 2018
As others have said, this is a science fiction movie heavy on science. I felt a little too much time was spent on the Human 2.0 aspect, but still a great film. It doesn't have amazing dialogue or intense action. It has, what it should have, science, discovery and humanity. Great film, worth your time.

I don't know what all the whining is about, it's a GOOD movie.
6 January 2006
I don't remember anything in the movie stating it was based on actual events or a 'true story'. It is unfortunate that the movie portrayed Americans, when it was the British that first captured Enigma machines.

BUT, the British have the ability to make movies themselves. They could have, or still could make a movie to set history straight. Although as I said this is not a history movie. It was entertainment.

So, my .02, good performances by Matthew McConaughey and Harvey Keitel. I thought Bill Paxton was a little stiff, and I wanted to punch Mazzola myself.

An All-around good movie.
