I have really been enjoying the episodes in this series. The location is beautiful, and the scenery shots are well done. My son really likes the duck character!
This episode has a lot of intriguing clues and depth. The quirky characters are what we have come to expect from this franchise. The only drawback is the lack of chemistry between Humphrey and Martha. We are told that they love each other, but it's not quite believable. Most of the compromise seems to come from his end, and when she does compromise, such as with the boat purchase, it seems grudging and forced. I don't know if we are supposed to believe in this relationship, or if we are supposed to assume it's inevitably doomed. To me it seems obvious that they both would be better off calling it quits and finding other people.
