Wish it was a feature!

I was awestruck as it progressed. The moment Cassavettes entered the frame I knew I was in for a ride. It was such a treat to watch the plot unfold, and the strong performance by Pavan just kept it altogether. This bestowed Cassavettes into one of America's finest filmmakers thereafter.

SCREW STRANGER THINGS, OA is the real OG
31 December 2019
Never have I ever been so immersed and emotionally attached to a show since BB, and honestly, this is the best damn show for me. What a way to end the year with such a great show. Everything's top notch.

This feels so real being about a topic that still is considered fiction. Brit Marling did it with Another Earth, now she has opened doors to a new realm.

Thank god for this show. Was going through a rough patch, and this healed me for no cost.

A bad, bad decision Netflix.

Westworld: Kiksuya (2018)
Season 2, Episode 8
10/10
Now I know where the Valley of Beyond is.
21 June 2018
This episode will make you think like one of them. This will put you in their shoes and make you wonder what's it like to see your loved one go missing, gone. When A.I gains consciousness, they begin to develop a rebellion and be certain that yes, this is the wrong world. The real world is out there, the valley beyond, the world that created them sucu that having them certain and convinced that the world they are in is real and that there is no such thing as a false world. What if humans are genetically controlled and programmed like how A.I. are, who knows?

This is undoubtedly TV's most dark and a heart wrenching episode. Westworld is today's Sopranos like back in the day. No other show or movie can come as close to depicting A.I like this one.

When you know what this show is really about, you'll flip.

Beautiful, Brainy and one of the most dazzling Sci-Fi works of today.
7 October 2017
This movie is a complete package. Dennis Villeneuve pulled off a masterpiece. He has proved why he is the most eccentric director to be working with. Ryan Gosling has finally stepped out of his comfort zone and has delivered one of his best performance.

The stunning cinematography reminded me of Kubrick's masterpiece 2001: A Space Odyssey. Visuals are a real treat to watch. This is not your typical go to Sci-Fi movie. The best part is that the movie took it's own time to convey the story one at a time. The beautiful and the elegant dialogue delivery also reminded me of Tarkovsky's epic Solaris. Roger Deakins and Hans Zimmer, hands down one of their best works.

The Movie so perfectly delves into elements like emotion, distress, mystery which makes the dialogue delivery even more amazing. Blade Runner 2049 is an instant classic and is already the movie of the year for me.

People have to learn to appreciate such movies. Sci-Fi is more than just action and space ships bursting into each other, most importantly it needs to convey the audience as to what's happening.

Some of the Sci-Fi scenes are so good that you probably haven't seen in any movie before. People who call it 'Beautiful but Boring' just can't appreciate art. This was more of a Sci-Fi art movie than any action.

People, you're in for a treat.Specially, the visuals and the setup is just too good. An ultimate movie experience

I'll never forget Blade Runner 2049

The Offence (1973)

'There's someone in my head, but it's not me'
3 October 2017
I happened to stumble upon this unrecognized masterpiece. Very few movies have actually quite managed to delve into deep human psyche, this one's that. Sean 'Bond' Connery seems to have been possessed by his character. His character's mind shows just how dangerous is the human psyche, it makes you feel it's not you somehow it takes you over and you become someone else. l years of working on crime scenes with child rape and murder, Johnson(Character) has had enough and is done with when something even more heinous shows up. His mind has seemed to arouse his interests in doing the crime that he's been working on. That's how evil a human psyche can get. Those moments between him and the accused Baxter shows.

Well, this should have been received well by fans. I'm surprised with the low votes and ratings. Such a realistic way of portraying stuff.

THE OFFENCE will surely leave you shaken.

The Sopranos: Made in America (2007)
Season 6, Episode 21

The greatest there ever was.
8 November 2016
I have nothing but, immense love and respect for this show. Now, don't consider the nudity and sex, that's all a part of life. This show had it all. I just binged the final season and man, i'm sitting here sobbing, wondering what's next, How Am I gonna live in a world without The Sopranos? This show was a family, it became a part of my life and now that it's over, a part of me has gone with it.

Every single character justified their role, no doubt. Producers were all pessimistic about the show earlier but, just take a look where it is now. It took one whole year for me to complete this show and I swear, The Sopranos, one of the standing pillars of television. I was a bit surprised with the ending of the finale but it had it all. "We'll all have families in the future, for now, just enjoy the little moments"- R.I.P James Gandolfini a.k.a TONY SOPRANO.

I'm Sobbing.

Wait, what did just unfold? That was the most painful episode in the history of modern television. After making us all wait this long, we get this in return, wow. As the credits rolled, I couldn't utter myself a word. I was motionless with my jaw dropped, literally. One of those grossest moments on television. I just couldn't believe the second death, man! How do I review this, I'm out of words. It has for sure redeemed itself from the previous cliffhanger. It was so worth the wait. Never seen Rick so, so helpless ever than in this episode, oh god. I wept, I swear I did. This season's gonna touch new heights, I'm sure. This marks an explosive beginning. Watch if you wanna roll over and cry.

"I served in a company of Heroes"
12 October 2016
Warning: Spoilers
It couldn't any emotional than those final words told by Donald Malarkey in the end. This series was a great journey. Hardly marines get recognized, and when they do, it's Band of Brothers. What a show it's been, excellent cast, top-notch performances and what not. A splendid portrayal of an actual war making it so realistic. Not just this episode, the entire series deserves accolades. Who knew anything about Easy Company and the 101st Airborne until Band of Brothers? Fighting in a war ain't no child's play at all. My immense respect to all the war veterans out there, irrespective of dead or living for putting your lives on the line so that we today, Live. Everybody out there must watch this show and it deserves more than just the #1 slot.

The Western Frontier is back.
26 September 2016
Hands down, I say. It had all the elements a western movie has to have. I have watched The Seven Samurai and the original Magnificent Seven and I must say, this made quite a justice. Who said Chris Pratt could only play Star Lord when he is made for the west. 2nd half literally steals the show. I completely here disagree with the critics giving this a lower rating. Complete entertainment, complete swagger. Denzel Washington just nailed it but, it was Chris Pratt, and Vincent D' Onofrio who stole the show. Antonie Fuqua gave a perfect tribute to the likes of Akira Kurosawa, John Ford, and John Sturges. Believe me, this one's really good. If you stopped watching westerns, this remake will bring you back in. Who said remakes are bad? Not every remake though.

Gaslight (1944)

A Classic tale of greed and hatred.
26 September 2016
I was left in perfect 'awe' after the climax. Like, seriously? who would've thought a story like this back in 1944? This is Hollywood at it's best. Ingrid Bergman and her natural beauty was so mesmerizing. This had the blend of everything. Charles Boyer stole the show with his solid performance. Pushing your wife to thinking she is insane!? damn. Perfectly acted, perfectly directed. Where are movies like these now? Ignore the people and make this one a must watch. Joseph Cotten too gave one hell of a performance. Ingrid Bergman gave the performance of her lifetime which also got her an Oscar. The way the suspense builds up, Gaslights going off are surely giving you the chills. Make this a must, must watch.

A Very different Matt Dillon
5 August 2016
Being an avid Gunsmoke watcher, I feel this was one of the series's best. A close up shot of Matt Dillon, a very different side of him here. He is a bit more raging here than before. Sam Peckinpah, the director of Straw Dogs has done the screenplay of this episode. This particular episode kept me hooked till the end. Matt Dillon and his emotions played a major role here. We see the different side of Dodge City too. The reason why Gunsmoke is different from other westerns is because of James Arness and Dennis Weaver. A well directed episode and is bound to keep you hooked right till the end. Gunsmoke deserves attention!!

Cinematic Beauty.
31 July 2016
People today, know Hollywood only for their comic book flicks. Let me tell you, Hollywood is much deeper than what people think, it brings the character to life. This particular movie specially broke all the barriers. I ain't exaggerating. Treasure of Sierra Madre is an epitome of cinema. People of all ages have to put this one in their must-watch list ASAP. Out of the world performance by Sir Humphrey Bogart. Marvelous direction by John Huston. Who can come up with such a story during the 40's? I am 20, from India and I love retro Hollywood because that was when movies were "Movies" and there was natural acting. This movie has it all. A perfect blend of a what a movie has to be like.
